Ill show you what ive been working on soon- theyre presents and i have to give them away first have a nice monday me um we didnt have computers in our homes then a little note for my valentine and then that got me thinking that really its not just while laying in bed that she is watching out for me did anyone else sustain life with saltines from the ages of 13-17 with that heres the stuff i eat salad with chicken a different salad with chicken repeat repeat this is the hard thing about it not a ton of delicious options im kind of kidding ive found a few other yummy things too the deal with pcos and carbs and then i found myself a mother funny i thought id teach awhile longer and have grant all to myself and save some money im just obsessed with him hey my little family cate and i went through some of the free options around the web for valentines to download and print what an adventure it is what do you look for in a best friend but the commonality between each experience was- it was out of my hands i occasionally fell in love with someone who couldnt be had i occasionally had to run from someone who wouldnt let me go secondly i must say i know carbohydrates arent bad i know bread is life and wheat is the staff of life a lot of fruits and veggies are quite sugary/ starchy for almost everyone eating all these foods in moderation will do them fine but remember i am trying to regulate an abnormality to a diabetic sugar is the devil to someone with celiac disease wheat is the devil to someone with milk allergies dairy is the devel and what ive come to believe that for some women who dont ovulate high blood sugar may be their devil and it definately is mine i will i will i will please hold me accountable if you dont see the results posted next week the inspiration pieces messes are piling up around me making it hard to relax and get well i cant cuddle grant or cate- they need to stay well- so they are steering clear of me i am bored and tired and achy 1 luce 2 Untitled 3 Working 4 Stove Top plan to be surprised feeling so inspired

grant and i listened and danced to his music on valentines day i had a really tumultuous teenager-hood i was a happy and smart little kid it was surprising when so much angst welled up inside me messes are piling up around me making it hard to relax and get well i cant cuddle grant or cate- they need to stay well- so they are steering clear of me i am bored and tired and achy i bet that block is not nearly as big as i remember it being but i remember it being quite a trip i swear nothing makes me happier than a peaceful space and some needles let me preface this by saying that there is no one size fits all eating plan for someone with hormonal issues for some women cysts irregular cycles lack of ovulation and too much testosterone and its effects are directly related to bad insulin regulation in their body for these women they may be able to restore better regularity with avoiding blood sugar spikes by not eating carbohydrates therefore eliminating the insulin problem that is why so many women can conceive with metformin or glucophage because these medicines work at that level my room is clean and im knitting i think they are so cute i love her litte handwriting and she is beyond excited to pass them out some other projects she and i looked at but didnt get around to (of course) from martha (of course) all kits are shipped phew at 18 i planned to live the tahoe hippie life forever one day i felt compelled i knew it i just had to leave i packed up my car and moved to the central coast i thought id live there forever one day when i was 12 my dad quit his job and we moved to lake tahoe it rocked my stable world well just as we were making preparations to get moving grant was granted that job he wanted right here in utah i guess were staying put (sorry shellie i wanted to live by you and drive to see ray and the beach on weekends real bad) i never thought life would then take me to utah to attend byu and then off to serve as a missionary for a year and a half but it did and it was hardest most surprising most rewarding experience of my life they make me happy project 31 is rolling along i have donations for every single item i need for the 31 newborn kits and lots of fabric donations and i will sew until there are 31 baby quilts too thank you SO much i was overwhelmed by the awesome response packages are starting to arrive i will be sure to post some pictures when i get it all together and ready to take to the humanitarian center my heart is happy me 1982 i was born in orange county where my parents had lived in the same house for like 20 years they had both lived in so cal all their lives

i swear nothing makes me happier than a peaceful space and some needles she didnt want to print off her name- signing was a must refined sugar will be your enemy till you die how have you been surprised what can i say i never thought life would then take me to utah to attend byu and then off to serve as a missionary for a year and a half but it did and it was hardest most surprising most rewarding experience of my life what do you look for in a best friend cate did you love disney games on the computer when you were five valentines day preparations but the pattern is still available 1 luce 2 Untitled 3 Working 4 Stove Top i couldnt find a video of him performing it but listen to the lyrics off to the kindergarten valentines day party and then i realized i love her so much grant and i listened and danced to his music on valentines day confession i miss saved by the bell goal peaceful nights productive days and i cheat like alot well usually i ease up on weekends but i feel so crappy and bloated again that i cant wait to start eating right on monday but i have kind of had to tell myself this is just the new lifestyle and if i want to indulge every now and again im going to cause id rather die than not be able to have some chips and guac or a slice of cake every now and again so if i eat like this 90% of the time then ive noticed that my body or the scale doesnt mind if i wander in my choices a bit the other 10% exercising everyday helps with this too i feel like its a great trade off- feeling great and a regular period for a little self control hey my little family cate what did you play on the computer then Quilt kits finally all done
