2. to keep the bedrooms clear i throw all the dirty laundry in the laundry room and shut the door. out of sight, out of mind! you've gotta love people with humor like that. they make me smile every day. she's cute i LOVE this picture and am so inspired to keep the needles moving. (i hate in quilting and knitting and sewing when the designs get all fancy just because they can). and you eat with your sunglasses on let's give a hand to the world, for everything it can do!! 4. i don't worry about a little "creative clutter" in cate's room. i say, a good dress up/ barbie mess day better than watching tv all afternoon, right? pretty soon i will just put my 'kerchief on again and go to town. (yes, that is what cate's room looks like again, just over a month after the big clean. i tell you, i'm fighting a losing battle with that girl). does that answer your question, mary? i hope it helps! wink. and totally not what you are supposed to be eating i am excited about my new running shoes. and i love it (thanks, coco). with the sun streaming in back in a few days my happy plans for this evening include knitting and watching two favorite movies: far and away followed by tristan and isolde. she wears birkenstocks to fashion shows. she's amazing. i am trying to be a patient, kind mom. i am blocking my two latest projects today and will show them tomorrow. mostly i just stinking LOVE knitting.

again happy things let me preface this by saying that there is no one size fits all eating plan for someone with hormonal issues for some women cysts irregular cycles lack of ovulation and too much testosterone and its effects are directly related to bad insulin regulation in their body for these women they may be able to restore better regularity with avoiding blood sugar spikes by not eating carbohydrates therefore eliminating the insulin problem that is why so many women can conceive with metformin or glucophage because these medicines work at that level did anyone else sustain life with saltines from the ages of 13-17 i never thought life would then take me to utah to attend byu and then off to serve as a missionary for a year and a half but it did and it was hardest most surprising most rewarding experience of my life remember when the weather was warm and we would go to the park when daddy got home from work and we would bring homemade bread and fruit to eat for dinner and we would be drenched in golden light and the cousins would come meet us for some wild rides down the slide they make me happy how have you been surprised what can i say well just as we were making preparations to get moving grant was granted that job he wanted right here in utah i guess were staying put (sorry shellie i wanted to live by you and drive to see ray and the beach on weekends real bad) breakfast i always have two eggs and salsa always i dont really get sick of it and it would really stink if i did because theres not a lot out there for breakfast actually when you are at your ideal weight and ovulating regularly you can have any kind of whole grain hot cereal without a problem you know steel cut oats etc i am not quite there yet berries and grapes are pretty low on the glycemic index and i have those too oh and i love cottage cheese with fruit i bet that block is not nearly as big as i remember it being but i remember it being quite a trip but i couldnt stop looking at the picture because it shows the place where i played for the first 12 years of my life Quilt kits finally all done i really really need my bedroom to be simple and uncluttered and white for calming purposes you know what i mean i have been laying in bed sick since monday it seems to be getting worse by the day not better i am so irritated and antsy i miss my family and i want to clean my house i think they are so cute i love her litte handwriting and she is beyond excited to pass them out some other projects she and i looked at but didnt get around to (of course) from martha (of course) me 1982
