with that heres the stuff i eat salad with chicken a different salad with chicken repeat repeat this is the hard thing about it not a ton of delicious options im kind of kidding ive found a few other yummy things too if you eat like this people will give you crap because its so not trendy anymore but if it will help a woman who would do anything to ovulate and conceive do that (and i know personally quite a few that this was the key for) then who cares what anyone says and jennifer aniston doesnt eat carbs so there she didnt want to print off her name- signing was a must secondly i must say i know carbohydrates arent bad i know bread is life and wheat is the staff of life a lot of fruits and veggies are quite sugary/ starchy for almost everyone eating all these foods in moderation will do them fine but remember i am trying to regulate an abnormality to a diabetic sugar is the devil to someone with celiac disease wheat is the devil to someone with milk allergies dairy is the devel and what ive come to believe that for some women who dont ovulate high blood sugar may be their devil and it definately is mine ok its hard to stop i love every song where are neighborhoods like that anymore with bushes big enough to hide in and kids that go around the block together all afternoon and normal sized houses and the old winkfields next door ok i dont need the winkfields but id sure love to give my kids the rest again happy things messes are piling up around me making it hard to relax and get well i cant cuddle grant or cate- they need to stay well- so they are steering clear of me i am bored and tired and achy cate and i went through some of the free options around the web for valentines to download and print my problem dear anne is that it is 2009 kids dont like to get all fussied up anymore and i dont think they would go to the trouble of making up stories about lost broaches to be able to go to a silly church picnic in my mind the little girls are wearing spring dresses and holding parasols with their gloved hands while the boys are eating biscuits and drinking homemade rootbeer with their hats and suspenders on but i live in a dreamland where i want everything stylized i know you understand me anne snacks NUTS i would die without nuts i love roasted almonds cashews peanuts i also love those roasted edamame they taste like nuts even though theyre not and nuts taste really good with a few slices of swiss cheese also deli meat slices celery with peanut butter on it a few whole grain crackers with cheese beef jerky sugar free snack packs stuffed mushrooms hard boiled eggs string cheese protein bars crudites and more NUTS seriously though my closest friends are fun real and honest good entertaining in love with life a little crazy down to earth deep and incapable of bs i am determined he is the perfect mix to me of blues and folk and funk and feeling do you have to be obsessed with yarn and needles and hooks like i am to think that is the most inviting little space youve ever seen off to the kindergarten valentines day party but the commonality between each experience was- it was out of my hands i occasionally fell in love with someone who couldnt be had i occasionally had to run from someone who wouldnt let me go even more obsessed with flickr than usual of late more earrings get yours here it was the first time i realized that things dont always go how you think they will and that it all can turn out better than you imagined

hey my little family messes are piling up around me making it hard to relax and get well i cant cuddle grant or cate- they need to stay well- so they are steering clear of me i am bored and tired and achy like this one for instance my older brother uploaded it while reminiscing about the old buggie he rebuilt in the 80s from anthro guess what i finally put in the shop women who have these hormonal issues typically carry alot of weight around the middle (due to the out of control insulin and resultant too high of testosterone) and a high protein and fiber diet combined with low carbs really helps with that an added benefit is that these types of foods are so filling and you avoid the highs and crashes that people with blood sugar problems live by ten months after we were married i was a stay at home mom living the student life again while grant went back to school a few months later another unplanned event- my mom passed away suddenly what a few hours on a sunny day can do for you just a phone call one night she had an aneurysm and although this was a surprise of the worst kind it was the most spiritual time of my life much good and understanding has come through that loss one thing i enjoy about facebook is the old pictures that friends and fam upload to walk down memory lane together with you i look for girls with purses that compliment mine Yummy fabric ready to ship feeling so inspired me 1982 the girl loves chocolate milk project 31 is rolling along i have donations for every single item i need for the 31 newborn kits and lots of fabric donations and i will sew until there are 31 baby quilts too thank you SO much i was overwhelmed by the awesome response packages are starting to arrive i will be sure to post some pictures when i get it all together and ready to take to the humanitarian center my heart is happy cate and i went through some of the free options around the web for valentines to download and print and then that got me thinking that really its not just while laying in bed that she is watching out for me one of my resolutions for 2009 was to stop ignoring the etsy shop and to not spin my wheels all day (these two problems are very related) i am the queen of walking in circles around the house and not really getting anything accomplished i wouldnt care except for that it drives me nuts part of the problem is my insomniatic nights which leave me only half there during the day times ( which then leads to high caffeine consumption) so i decided step one is to get good nights sleeps i am trying to change my night time routine to a peaceful herbal tea quiet inspiration seeking few hours it helps if i keep our room clean and the sheets freshly washed and calming reading more- tv less- at night is a goal then hopefully my days will be a little more with it because i hate wasting time valentines day preparations

GA-ASI's philosophy is to build what the company thinks the US military will actually need for operations, rather than trying to build what the services say they want. b Our company has been uniquely successful in forecasting military needs and delivering extremely capable unmanned aircraft that are ready for near-term military use," says Thomas Cassidy Jr, GA-ASI president. "Just as the first Predator B aircraft were developed and flown on IRAD [Internal Research and Development] funding because we saw the need for this type of capability, likewise, Avenger was developed through foresight and significant company investment.b This philosophy has stood GA-ASI in good stead during the last ten years: the firm has managed to place a big force of unmanned warplanes with the US Air Force, which left to itself would probably not have bothered. The original Predator is now turning into an almost hands-off Army aircraft, the Sky Warrior, set to operate without benefit of expensive pilots trained in manned aircraft: the enlarged, turboprop-powered Predator-B (known as Reaper in the USAF) carries a lot more weapons and flies much higher. Now comes the Avenger, upgraded to jet propulsion and offering some Stealth features. GA-ASI say that it is "more survivable in higher threat environments" and say that it "will have higher operational and transit speeds than current Predator-series aircraft, resulting in fast response and rapid repositioning". The firm promises 400-knot airspeeds and a 60,000-foot ceiling using the Pratt & Whitney PW545B turbofan (the same used in the Cessna Citation XLS biz jet). The Avenger can be flown using the same control stations as its predecessors, and "can carry the same mix of weapons as Predator B" - that is, laser-guided Hellfire missiles or Paveway/JDAM smartbombs. It will also be suitable for carrying any of the various advanced sensors - ground-sweeping radars, thermal imagers, multiplex Argus spyeyes (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/10/08/robot_whisper_copter_n_multiplex_sk…) mobile-phone sniffers (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2008/04/28/reaper_gets_mobe_spy_gear/) etc. - nowadays so popular for airborne surveillance. It's a biggish brute, 41 feet long and with a 66-foot wingspan - comparable in size to an F-15 fighter plane, but wide rather than long. As can be seen in the pic above, supplied to the Reg by GA-ASI, the Avenger has an arrester hook; it might one day operate from aircraft carriers as well as runways. Avenger should be harder to see on radar or infrared-search-and-track than its predecessors, with the engine hidden between V tailfins (plus no propellor) and its weapons carried internally. However, it isn't a full-blown Stealth design, as a look at the undercarriage doors alone will confirm. The better "survivability" spoken of by GA-ASI probably refers as much to the improved ceiling (60,000 feet is too high for some anti-aircraft missiles (http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/world/russia/sa-15-specs.htm) the US forces might encounter someday (http://en.rian.ru/russia/20070207/60358702.html)) as to radar cross-section. Under the new Obama Pentagon roadmap (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/04/07/gates_defence_budget_porkbarrel_hil…) lately announced by Defence Secretary Gates, the unmanned-warplane fleet was moved out of supplementary funding and into the core budget. It's now official that robot planes are here to stay, rather than being a temporary measure as some pilots might have hoped (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/06/22/flying_robots_r_toss_says_top_pilot/) Meanwhile the CIA - the original user of armed Predators - is mounting a serious, nominally-secret bombing campaign in the Pakistani borderlands using its drone fleet. It seems likely that GA-ASI are correct in thinking that the Avenger will find a market, despite the fact that nobody in the Pentagon has got round to asking for it yet.
