What does it mean to participate in society? What does it mean to passively participate? What happens when you deny a person to even passively participate? If a person for example, anonymously goes to a hackerspace just to observe but everyone there is informed ahead of time, what does that say? The blog post mentions race conditions, setting author_id to 0 for deleted messages (???), and a public discord server that deleted millions of messages which would be reloaded every time the channel loads. I guess they don't set channel_id to 0 either. Strange access control function. I may as well say it, certain law enforcement interfaces for social media sites use pre-designed features for shadowbanning. Snowden's documents are shit. if you google "Nicolás Morás" you still get a hit for https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicol%C3%A1s_Mor%C3%A1s the google search is archived here http://archive.is/szFbE (though archive.is yet another piece of shit since the snapshots get overwritten) the wikipedia page https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicol%C3%A1s_Mor%C3%A1s has been deleted by feminazi scum. The page was something like 7 years old. NOW, it get as a LOT MORE interesting. Turns out that archive.org has only ONE snapshot for a page that's ~7 years old. http://web.archive.org/web/20190604153028/https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nic… so if you look at archive.org you won't get the history of the wikipedia page showing that the page was pretty old and 'legitimate' - pretty convenient huh.
