On Microsoft request to access private linux bugs
by Georgi Guninski 06 Jul '19

From my blog: https://j.ludost.net On Microsoft request to access private linux bugs According to theregister [1] m$ wants to access private linux bugs. Theregister mentions that in 2001 she called linux "cancer". Another example of anti-opensource behavior are the Halloween documents [2] from 1998 (some current decision makers and journos have not be born then. History is written by the winners). It is well known that microsoft is entirely money driven and she will sell Gates' first born and Ballmer might even deliver it. First, a hostile kernel contributor is danger for the future of linux kernel IMHO. Unpopular suggestion for microsoft's request for private bugs: Find something that requires windows compatibility (say Wine, some cloud shit, whatever else). Tell microsoft: You want our bugs? We want your bugs. You show first. Probably more realistic price to ask is opening patents/DRM stuff. Dalai “Trigger Master” Llama doubles TF down :D - “better, is keep Europe for Europeans” - [PEACE]

Push the lefty Marxists and make them throw up. Push the lefty Marxists and make them throw up. Oh come on! Can't I have just a --little-- chuckles? My precious, precious chuckles :D So everybody's favourite conservative, the Dalai "Trigger Master In Chief" Llama is literally stonking along to double the firetruck down on his (somewhat conservative by modern standards, eminently reasonable, and unmistakably moderate) statements from September 2018. Which the inglorious (((BBC lame stream media))), entirely ignored. At least last year. This year the BBC sent a female, continental Indian by DNA, yet born in the UK, yet moved "back" to India, reporter, to interview, cross examine, or otherwise put the Dalai Llama the obvious bait "but you're an immigrant too?!" to which the Trigger Master responded consistently with his past statements: youtube-dl https://t.co/Ua0UVHOOhA Enjoy a moment of solidarity with our right wing ethno nationalist promoting Buddhists, muh muffaluggerin grits! An ethno nationalist 'en-flagged' shoe pair? - $70 An all expenses interview with Dalai Trigger Master Llama? - The BBCs taxpayer funded rort will cover that. An email celebratin His Holiness The Dalai Trigger Master Llama's sploits? - The marginal cost of a laptop's 2 minutes of electricity. For everything else, there's David Duke :) I can't believe it's not right wing Buddhist death squads already... You know you love it :)

Trump accused of obstruction of justice
by Ryan Carboni 06 Jul '19

>According to this, the number of people the FBI employs is about 35,000. "The government does not commit those sorts of crimes, not on our watch. It was true before, but it was for a very good reason that society doesn't understand and isn't capable of it. None of the people who ordered it were punished or admonished in any way. Everything the government does is with congressional oversight which represents the will of the people. Crimes like that can't occur. Clinton can violate classification law." 35,000 is a lot of people. What makes you think 35,000 mindlessly obedient persons make any relevant decision? What does it mean to participate in society?
by Ryan Carboni 05 Jul '19

05 Jul '19

What does it mean to participate in society? What does it mean to passively participate? What happens when you deny a person to even passively participate? If a person for example, anonymously goes to a hackerspace just to observe but everyone there is informed ahead of time, what does that say? The great ludicrousness of it all is that the President is accused of obstruction of justice and treason all the time. Very good laws. Sent with [ProtonMail](https://protonmail.com) Secure Email.

Zerowedgie headline of the week: “What might Full-Retard Collectivism look like in Amerika?” - [PEACE]

Zerowedgie continues with their headline articles: What might Full-Retard Collectivism look like in Amerika? https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-07-03/what-might-full-retard-collectivi… by hedgeless_horseman Wed, 07/03/2019 - 14:08 Turn out the lights, the party's over They say that, 'All good things must end' Let's call it a night, the party's over And tomorrow starts the same old thing again -Willy Nelson Collectively, we are a bunch of idiots. Italian Socialist Elected President Of Europe's Parliament https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-07-03/italian-socialist-elected-preside… Four In 10 Americans Embrace Some Form Of Socialism https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-05-20/four-10-americans-embrace-some-fo… As we in the Western World crumble and stumble along towards a new collectivist Utopia, similar I am sure to the old collectivist Utopias of the Soviet Union, China, North Korea, Zimbabwe, and Venezuela, I want to ask the question, what might Full-Retard Collectivism look like in Amerika? Of course, the finest factual illustration of life with collectivism, everybody being equally miserable, is found in Russian literature... One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich, by Alexander Solzhenitsyn This true story of survival under the worst of conditions is also a great lesson in what happens when the state goes full communism. https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-03-22/pre-reading-war-america Or, if you have the time, read the unabridged version, The Gulag Archipelago. Obviously, I don't expect to match Solzhenitsyn's work in a ZeroHedge article. Nor do I hope to even come close to Dmitry Orlov's recent and brilliant work... The Five Stages of Collapse - Survivors' Toolkit https://cluborlov.blogspot.com/p/the-five-stages-of-collapse.html However, I would like to use Orlov's Five Stages as a template for this little exercise. ...

Discord's "How Discord stores billions of messages" leaves out details
by Ryan Carboni 04 Jul '19

04 Jul '19

The blog post mentions race conditions, setting author_id to 0 for deleted messages (???), and a public discord server that deleted millions of messages which would be reloaded every time the channel loads. I guess they don't set channel_id to 0 either. Strange access control function. I may as well say it, certain law enforcement interfaces for social media sites use pre-designed features for shadowbanning. Snowden's documents are shit. wikipedia article deleted by feminazis - also disapperars from archive.org-NSA
by Punk 04 Jul '19

if you google "Nicolás Morás" you still get a hit for https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicol%C3%A1s_Mor%C3%A1s the google search is archived here http://archive.is/szFbE (though archive.is yet another piece of shit since the snapshots get overwritten) the wikipedia page https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicol%C3%A1s_Mor%C3%A1s has been deleted by feminazi scum. The page was something like 7 years old. NOW, it get as a LOT MORE interesting. Turns out that archive.org has only ONE snapshot for a page that's ~7 years old. http://web.archive.org/web/20190604153028/https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nic… so if you look at archive.org you won't get the history of the wikipedia page showing that the page was pretty old and 'legitimate' - pretty convenient huh.

Yacy vs Google Search Authority Fake Terror
by grarpamp 04 Jul '19

04 Jul '19

https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2019/jul/02/google-tweaked-algorithm… https://static.googleusercontent.com/media/www.google.%20com/de//insidesear… A senior search engineer at Google revealed that the company had to tweak its algorithm to combat misinformation after mass shootings. The Guardian reports: "In these last few years, there's been a tragic increase in shootings," Pandu Nayak, who joined the company 14 years ago to work on its search engine, said. "And it turns out that during these shootings, in the fog of events that are unfolding, a lot of misinformation can arise in various ways. "And so to address that we have developed algorithms that recognize that a bad event is taking place and that we should increase our notions of 'authority', increase the weight of 'authority' in our ranking so that we surface high quality content rather than misinformation in this critical time here." Authority, by Google's definition, means pages that comply with the company's search quality evaluator guidelines, a 166-page document (PDF) that the company distributes to its 16,000 search quality raters. Those employees are responsible for checking tweaks to Google's algorithm to ensure that they give the best results, rating search results on two scales: one that marks whether the searcher's needs are met (if the search is for "Google Jobs," for instance, a maps result showing the location of Google's head office "fails to meet" needs, while the company's career's page "fully meets"), and a second that marks the page's quality, defined over 80 pages of the guidelines with "very high quality MC" (main content), "very high level of E-A-T" (expertise, authoritativeness, trustworthiness) and "very positive reputation."
