And in other crossbow news...

https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-london-50306503 "A heavily pregnant woman was shot and killed with a crossbow by her vengeful estranged husband, a court has heard. Armed with two crossbows, Ramanodge Unmathallegadoo, 51, shot his wife Devi, 35, as she tried to get away from him on 12 November 2018, the Old Bailey was told. The crossbow bolt penetrated her body, causing "catastrophic" internal injuries, including piercing her heart. Mr Unmathallegadoo denies murder. Medics were unable to save Mrs Unmathallegadoo but her baby was delivered by Caesarean section and survived, jurors heard.[end of odd news article ] Many years ago, I heard a news story about a man who was shot in the head with an arrow...but lived because the arrow didn't pierce his brain. True story. I decided that the worst part of such an event was...that the guy had to tell his friends that he was hit in the head with an arrow...but he survived because the arrow didn't pierce his brain. Hornberger: "repeal of all drug laws is a necessary pre-requisite for a free society"
by Zenaan Harkness 08 Nov '19

08 Nov '19

Posted with vehement in principle support for the position, and the need, to repeal all drug "prohibition" laws, to return some sanity to the Western world, eliminate the bulk of all alleged "criminals" in the West, and massively reduce crime and Western incarceration rates. The numbers are in, the empirical evidence from Amsterdam to South America are overwhelmingly compelling, and the logic never left those with second neurone in the first place - even for those who are not 'statutorily illegal' drug users. Hornberger: The Evil Of The Drug War https://www.zerohedge.com/health/hornberger-evil-drug-war https://www.fff.org/2019/10/28/the-evil-of-the-drug-war/ With the exception of the U.S. national-security state and its foreign policy of empire and intervention and its torture, state-sponsored assassinations, coups, alliances with dictatorial regimes, invasions, occupations, wars of aggression, illegal and unconstitutional wars, mass secret surveillance, indefinite detention, secret prison camps, drug experimentation on unsuspecting people, denial of due process, denial of trial by jury, kangaroo military tribunals, and other dark-side practices, it would be difficult to find a better example of an evil and immoral program than the war on drugs. Consider: 1. Everyone, including the most ardent drug-war proponent, agrees that this decades-long program has failed to achieve its goal, which is a drug-free society. 2. If failure was the only consequence of this program, that would be one thing. But it’s not. Drug laws have brought Into existence drug gangs, drug cartels, gang wars, drug assassinations, drug kidnappings, burglaries, robberies, murders, muggings, and official corruption. 3. The drug war is also the most racially bigoted government program since segregation, perhaps even more so. Under segregation, government officials used the force of law to keep the races separated, but at least they permitted blacks to keep living in the community. With drug laws, they have been able to remove blacks entirely from communities and relocate them into places called penitentiaries, where they are forced to spend a large portion of their lives. They have also been able to use drug laws to harass, abuse, insult, and humiliate African-Americans, Latinos, and other racial minorities. That’s not to say, of course, that all law-enforcement agents and all judges are racially bigoted. It is simply to say that for those who are racially bigoted, the drug war is like heaven on earth, in that it enables them to exercise their bigotry in a legal manner and even get praised for it. 4. The drug war has played a major role in the destruction of liberty in America. Just think: They actually put people into jail for doing nothing more than ingesting a substance that politicians and bureaucrats, both at the state and federal level, don’t approve of. Who cares whether politicians and bureaucrats approve of a particular substance? What business is that of theirs? Actually, it’s none of their business what a person puts into his mouth. Freedom necessarily entails the right to ingest whatever a person wants to Ingest, no matter how harmful or destructive it might be. When people live in a society where government officials can punish them for ingesting unapproved substances, there is no way that people in that society can legitimately be considered free. The repeal of drug laws — all drug laws, not just marijuana laws — is a necessary pre-requisite for a free society. It’s also a prerequisite for a just and humane society, one that treats drug addiction and drug use as a private problem, not a criminal-justice one.

First, CNN, then Hillary, ABC and now CBS with cover ups, and cover ups of the cover ups, and just yesterday firing a "hey, we covered up the Clinton / Epstein story for at least 3 years". Yee haw - firing the whistleblowers whilst trying to appear angry about Trump tweeting a Breitbart news article naming a CIA deep-Dem "whistleblower"! Hypocrisy dutifully shovelled down our throats on a daily basis these days, with ere a blink. MSM falling apart before our eyes? Priceless. SovereignMan.com: "When they can take your children away... how free are you?" - [PEACE]

Civil Asset Forfeiture, backed up with confiscation of your children. When They Can Take Your Children Away... How Free Are You? https://www.zerohedge.com/political/when-they-can-take-your-children-away-h… https://www.sovereignman.com/trends/when-they-can-take-your-children-away-h… George Reby was driving from New Jersey to Tennessee to pick up a car he had purchased on eBay when he was stopped for speeding. Like many Americans, George felt he had nothing to hide from the police. So when the officer asked him if he was carrying any large amounts of cash, he admitted he had $22,000 on him because he was buying a car. George was able to show the officer his eBay bids, and that the sale was legitimate. He was able to demonstrate that he has income from his job as an insurance adjuster. But none of that mattered. The cop seized George’s money on the spot. Later, in a court hearing that George was not allowed to participate in, the judge allowed the police to keep the money even though George was never charged with a crime. There was no proof of wrongdoing. Even more, George had proof that there was NO wrongdoing. “You live in the United States, you think you have rights — and apparently you don’t,” George commented later. He was forced to hire an attorney and jump through a ton of bureaucratic hoops over a period of several months before the state of Tennessee finally returned his money. But not everyone is so lucky. Numerous victims of the Tenaha police department in East Texas (population ~1,300 people) never got their money back. One victim had his baby taken by child services because he chose to fight the town when they seized his assets without cause. Another family was threatened with the same because they were carrying $6,000 in cash to buy a car. Police said the children were possibly decoys. Threatening parents with child services was just one of the tactics Tenaha police used to try to make sure no one fought their absurd abuse of civil asset forfeiture. Yet none of these people was ever charged with a crime. And that’s because there was no evidence of crimes. They were just carrying a few thousand dollars in cash. (By the way, carrying cash is completely LEGAL.) But it’s legal for police to do this in the Land of the Free. It’s called Civil Asset Forfeiture; and the rules allow police to take money, cars, houses, and other property without ever charging you with a crime. The government also has the legal authority to take children away from their parents; these laws are supposed to exist to safeguard children who are in abusive and dangerous environments. Yet there’s an appalling number of incidents where local officials weaponize this authority to harass, intimidate, and extort people out of money. Last week I told you about how moving abroad could save you tens of thousands of dollars in taxes through the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion. ...

Jail is just around the corner for those who gild the lily. Oh, you mean you don't really love them? Deception of a criminal nature. You pretended to have a great job? Sex is no longer consensual bruh! You have a fake Diploma of Gender Studies on your wall? You're -definitely- going to jail after any sex. Read it and celebrate womben's empowerment: http://dstormer6em3i4km.onion/new-zealand-planning-to-criminalize-lying-to-… https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7655815/How-soon-criminal-offence-… A proposed change to New South Wales law could make lying to have sex with a prospective partner a criminal offence. The New South Wales Law Reform Commission recommended that if a physical relationship eventuated after a person was dishonest about themselves, sexual assault charges should apply. ... ‘Telling someone you love them when you don’t, pretending to be rich and well connected when you are not, claiming educational achievements that you don’t possess, denying a complex sexual history – say, with same sex partners – could all conceivably count as fraudulently obtaining sexual consent,’ he said. The reforms would cover conversations on dating apps such as Tinder as well as real-life encounters. ... ‘If the boast that you have made induces somebody to participate in sexual activity with you, then you are liable to spend a long time in jail,’ Mr Dyer said. ... White men have been put into a trap – if we go Incel we are terrorists, if we start hustlin’ for pussy, we’re literally rapists. Either way, we’re all going to jail. Even men who are out there getting secondhand used-up skank pussy are going to realize that they have no choice but to support the Incel uprising at this point. May be stick to sheep or gaming for the time being...
