i’ve been using a gift tp25 for some years. it’s a special lenovo laptop edition that is similar to the t470 and t480. as the years have passed, it gets harder to find information on repairing this laptop online. last time or two ago i replaced the system board, i engaged a long list of substitute part numbers for system boards that would fit and boot. i haven’t found this list again. i originally made it by looking at simple commonalities on support.lenovo.com and ebay.com , but simple search terms do not return as many results now as they did before, and support.lenovo.com is only showing one system board now for my model number. i’m seeing these values in the bios atm: bios ver: N1QETA3W ec ver: N1QHT54W model: 20K70004US unit serial: PF12XKZP board serial: L1HF83M000D cpu: i7-7500u 2.7ghz uuid: 1f4bfcc-2c71-11b2-a85c-955ac813bb93 os license: SDK0J40697 oa3 id: 3305102936368 may have made copy mistakes the problem i have right now is that the system does not charge, instead emitting a pungent smell for some time after the charger is plugged in. i removed the bottom cover but

Cuomo, conclude that the Governor engaged in conduct constituting sexual harassment under federal and New York State law. Specifically, we find that the Governor sexually harassed a number of current and former New York State employees by, among other things, engaging in unwelcome and nonconsensual touching, as well as making numerous offensive comments of a suggestive and sexual nature that created a hostile work environment for women. Our investigation revealed that the Governor’s sexually harassing behavior was not limited to members of his own staff, but extended to other State employees, including a State Trooper on his protective detail and members of the public. We also conclude that the Executive Chamber’s culture—one filled with fear and intimidation, while at the same time normalizing the Governor’s frequent flirtations and gender-based comments—contributed to the conditions that allowed the sexual harassment to occur and persist. That culture also influenced the improper and inadequate ways in which the Executive Chamber has responded to allegations of harassment.1 ---- Executive Assistant #1’s Hesitation to Report Governor Cuomo’s Conduct Executive Assistant #1 repeatedly testified that she felt she had to tolerate the Governor’s physical advances and suggestive comments because she feared the repercussions if she did not.183 She did not feel she could tell anyone, including her colleagues and her direct supervisors.184 In addition, the Governor had specifically told her—with respect to the selfie they took together—that she was not to share it or tell anyone about it other than Ms. McGrath.185 Executive Assistant #1 testified that she needed the income (including the overtime pay received from working on weekends), particularly as she was going through a divorce and was focused on not risking losing her job.186 Executive Assistant #1’s hesitance to report the Governor’s conduct was also informed by her observation of the Executive Chamber’s reactions to other women’s allegations against the Governor. In mid-to-late December 2020, Executive Assistant #1 personally witnessed what she felt were the Executive Chamber’s efforts to discredit the allegations of Ms. Boylan against the Governor, including by repeatedly describing Ms. Boylan as “crazy” and by trying to get Ms. Boylan’s personnel files to the press.187 Executive Assistant #1 recalled that Ms. DeRosa, Richard Azzopardi (the Senior Deputy Communications Director and Senior Advisor to the Governor at the time), and at times Linda Lacewell (the Superintendent of the Department of Financial Services) would be in Ms. DeRosa’s office during that period.188 They described Ms. Boylan as crazy and having a political agenda, and talk about shutting down Ms. Boylan’s allegations quickly.189 On or around December 13, 2020,190 while Executive Assistant #1 was assisting the Governor at the Capitol, she observed that Mr. Azzopardi was asked to retrieve a box from Beth Garvey, Senior Counsel and Senior Advisor to the Governor at the time, which Executive Assistant #1 helped carry from the Counsel’s Office to the Front Office in the Capitol.191 From the context of the discussions happening around that time, Executive Assistant #1 understood that the box contained documents relating to Ms. Boylan.192

Half of All Deaths from Hurricane Helene Occurred 485 Miles North of Where It Made Landfall

We were stunned that the focus of both programs was the war in the Middle East and the presidential election. As both national news programs were airing, local news reports were coming out of Buncombe County, North Carolina that people there had no electric power, no running water, no cell phone service, impassible roads, and no distribution centers had been established for bottled water or food because the tractor trailers with the supplies had not arrived — two days after the hurricane hit. At the 10 a.m. press briefing by Buncombe County officials, 10 people were reported dead from Hurricane Helene with 1,000 reported missing. By the 4 p.m. press briefing, the number of deaths from the hurricane in just that one county had tripled to 30 according to Buncombe County Sheriff Quentin Miller, who spoke at both briefings. At that point in time, the deaths in Buncombe County represented more than a third of all deaths being reported by the five states most impacted by Hurricane Helene. Neighborhoods in Buncombe County, NC Remained Under Water on Saturday, September 29, 2024 Buncombe County, North Carolina sits 485 miles north of Perry, Florida, the town closest to where Hurricane Helene made landfall as a Category 4 hurricane at 11:10 p.m. on Thursday, September 26. Unprecedented levels of rainfall and surging rivers resulting from the Gulf of Mexico hurricane, led to deaths by drowning and fallen trees from saturated tree roots and heavy winds almost 500 miles away. Face the Nation on Sunday did include a brief interview with Deanne Criswell, Administrator of the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) – who appeared to be living in an alternative universe when she made this statement on the program about “several” homes being destroyed by Hurricane Helene: “We’re hearing significant infrastructure damage to water systems, communication, roads, critical transportation routes, as well as several homes that have been just destroyed by this. So, this is going to be a really complicated recovery in each of these five states that have had these impacts.” Hundreds of homes have been reduced to toothpicks by record storm surge. States with major damage from Hurricane Helene include Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee. Early this morning, CBS News reported a total of 116 deaths in all states from Hurricane Helene. Of the 46 deaths reported as of 3:25 a.m. EDT today in the state of North Carolina, Buncombe County deaths represent 65 percent. One North Carolina county where an official death toll has not yet been announced is Rutherford County, home to the town of Chimney Rock and its sister community, Lake Lure. According to a video posted by a local resident, unprecedented raging waters from the Broad River have completely decimated Chimney Rock, with many homes reduced to toothpicks flowing downstream. The big question for that area is were the people asleep in their now decimated homes when the raging Broad River broke its banks or had they evacuated. According to surviving area residents, they received no evacuation orders or texts. An unconfirmed report indicates that the area’s pride and joy, the Lake Lure Flowering Bridge, has been destroyed by raging flood waters. Its website describes it as follows: Flowering Bridge Flowering Bridge, Previously in Lake Lure, North Carolina “The Lake Lure Flowering Bridge is home to more than 2000 species of plants, lovingly tended by local volunteers. From the Bridge, visitors can look upstream to view the famous Chimney Rock, and downstream where the river flows into Lake Lure surrounded by the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There is always something to see as the plant and garden decorative displays change with the seasons. Visitors often comment on the unexpected blooms that appear at unusual times due to the isothermal microclimate of Hickory Nut Gorge. Even in the coldest months, festive lighting invites a walk across the Bridge both day and night. Our unique gardens are free and open to the public all year. The vast majority of the gardens are wheelchair accessible.” At the 4 p.m. Buncombe County press briefing yesterday, County Manager Avril Pinder said that search and rescue crews continue to work and that she was aware that there are areas in Fairview, Black Mountain, and Swannanoa “where the devastation is unthinkable” and “loved ones are still trapped.” Anthony Penland, the Fire Chief of the Swannanoa Fire Department, stated at the 4 p.m. press briefing that entire neighborhoods are gone and search and rescue teams are going to where the neighborhoods once stood and continuing search and rescue operations. A representative from Duke Energy, the primary electric utility in the area, also spoke at the briefing, saying that some substations are completely underwater and will need complete rebuilding. It is abundantly clear that Western North Carolina needs immediate assistance from a vastly expanded FEMA effort, a taskforce from the Army Corps of Engineers, a dramatic increase in the National Guard, immediate airlifted water and food supplies, and the immediate establishment of distribution centers for those supplies.
