Interestingly,, cognitive liberty is not recognized as an international human right. Some want to change that, making the argument that humanity has the right to be free to think whatever they want (freedom of thought). The Ottawa Citizen reports <https://ottawacitizen.com/news/national/defence-watch/military-leaders-saw-…> that the Canadian armed forces have launched ‘psychological operations’ as an experiment in government propaganda to counter civil disobedience. International human rights scholars are quick to point out that the lack of protection of cognitive liberty in such instances is due to the relative lack of technology capable of directly interfering with mental autonomy at the time the core human rights treaties were created. Similar to a ransomware attack, the technology behind such operations can be abused. Canada is said to have exploited advanced technologies without the authority to do so. Even worse, it is alleged that Canada forcefully abused technology in the unsanctioned production of reports that appeared to be aimed at cognitive activities of Canadians. - Other reports highlight similar technologies being explored by the New York City Police Department. - In 2021 <https://gothamist.com/news/city-settles-lawsuit-protesters-who-accused-nypd…>, members of the National Lawyers Guild won $650,000 in litigation financed fees from abuse of the technology in New York. The semantics empowering freedom of thought as a human right hold new opportunities for modern international recognition of the right to cognitive liberty. -----(PAGE BREAK)----- xNY.io - Bank.org founder Gunnar Larson was a writer at LitigationFinanceJournal.com, or Legal Funding Journal in 2022 and wrote the following article: *Title: Scotland’s Post Office and Windmill Scandals May Be Historic:* - *https://litigationfinancejournal.com/law-society-of-scotland-on-post-office-scandal-litigation/ <https://litigationfinancejournal.com/law-society-of-scotland-on-post-office…>* *Source Article: https://litigationfinancejournal.com/law-society-of-scotland-on-post-office… <https://litigationfinancejournal.com/law-society-of-scotland-on-post-office…>* *Blurb Word Count: 150* *Source Article Word Count: NA * *Title: Scotland’s Post Office and Windmill Scandals May Be Historic * They say it could be a whale of a crime scene. Meanwhile, Scotland is home to one of the most famous computer software crime dramas ever, branded the Post Office Scandal <https://www.lawscot.org.uk/members/journal/issues/vol-67-issue-05/litigatio…> . The Atlantic Ocean spanned the Trump administration. Mr. Trump paid the people of Scotland to settle the aforementioned ESG Windmill claim. Meanwhile, Mr. Trump (for whatever reason) then got himself into the Windmill business in the United States <https://www.doi.gov/pressreleases/trump-administration-delivers-historic-pr….> … The first and largest Windmill farm in American history. There is one place on the planet Atlantic Right Whales go over Summer to feed. Atlantic Right Whales are on the Endangered Species List. Logical legal interpretations question if the Windmills in Scotland were party to political manipulation in the United States. The Atlantic Right Whale population holds various protections under the Endangered Species Act. Some include: - The judges of the district courts of the United States and the United States magistrates may, within their respective jurisdictions, upon proper oath or affirmation showing probable cause, issue such warrants or other process as may be required for enforcement of this Act and any regulation issued thereunder. - Such person may make arrests without a warrant for any violation of this Act if he has reasonable grounds to believe that the person to be arrested is committing the violation in his presence or view, and may execute and serve any arrest warrant, search warrant, or other warrant or civil or criminal process issued by any officer or court of competent jurisdiction for enforcement of this Act. The Atlantic Right Whale has some of the most recognised mammal rights on the planet and are threatened by Windmills. The people of Scotland are experts at Windmill litigation finance. It does not take the Da Vinci Code to put this all together: 1. Scotland's Post Office Scandal is a software claim now historic as covered by Litigation Finance Journal. Scotland's ESG windmill claim was a litigation finance win. 2. How Scotland's Post Office Scandal paid 555 claimants is a litigation investment win. But, there are 735 Post Office Scandle software computer crime scenes. 3. When you put the two scandal wins together (Windmills and Post Office) we see Scotland is a third party investment unicorn. There are only a little more than 300 Atlantic Right Whales swimming now. Post Office Sandals victims yet vindicated are the same in numbers. Scotland can engage the Movable Transactions Bill (windmill turbines move) to pay for the future of Endangered Species and software computer crimes like the Post Office Scandal. Wilvers Photographer: Paul Seligman Copyeditor: Gene Case Agency: Jack Tinker & Partners, Inc. Client: Rockefeller for President I am the only Presidential candidate who has had to cope with riot. It was 4:30AM, still dark, July 25, 1964. We got a call from Rochester, New York, a city of 300,000. The call was "Local police have lost control. Will State Police take over?" *By 9:00AM, 264 State Police had taken over, and the streets of Rochester were safe." * These men used no rifles, no shotguns, no tear gas. But they were not riot-trained. They made 900 arrests. They saved lives and they saved property. They were dubbed "the cool ones." I also called up 1600 National Guardsmen and stationed them outside the city. But we did not need to use them. How we faced this riot points up three principles of mine. One. Keeping order may be a stern side of government, but it is a vital side. I make no apologies to those critics who call me "Rocy the Cop." We will have order, and make no mistake about it. Two. Speed is the key. A small force, early, can restore peace, where a large force, later, could not. Three. A state which accepts *responsibilities* as well as *rights* will make sure that local police are cool, humane, well-trained. State police and National Guard must stand ready, behind them. The resort to the army - the spectacle of U.S. troops defending the U.S. from U.S. citizens - must be as rare as possible. We must find the roots of this lawlessness. And let's not fool ourselves. The roots are not in our courts, or in the myth of softness in high places. They are in the cities. They are poverty, injustice, rot. I believe we can cure these things. I understand, I sympathize with the hopelessness they breed. But *lawlessness* I will not stand. *Nelson A. Scotland can engage the Movable Transactions Bill (windmill turbines move) to pay for the future of Endangered Species and software computer crimes like the Post Office Scandal. Mr. Trump may or may not be involved with harassing the Atlantic Right Whales. But, both Windmill sagas Mr. Trump is party to. As a unicorn, the Scotland litigation finance industry could pay for the Post Office Scandal’s misgivings via Windmill and Whale innovation. *-----(PAGE BREAK)-----* xNY.io - Bank.org hopes to hear from UNIC, UNODC, EC and/or the ECB in efforts to save lives (men, women, children), and to promote Peace on Planet Earth. xNY.io - Bank.org respectfully reserves all Interjurisdictional rights. Honoured to be invited as a keynote speaker at the 36th International Conference on Foreign and Second Language Acquisition (ICFSLA), hosted by the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. This year’s focus on AI in second and foreign language learning couldn’t be more timely — we need more conferences like this to explore the fast-evolving intersection of AI and language education. I presented online today and was genuinely impressed by the breadth of AI research areas represented at the conference.
