mesh networking

So.... regarding the revolution you guys have been making (last seen c.1996), there are a few of us building out and thinking about how the true "freedom-lover" (a*archist) can stay less dependent of commercial and state dependencies. Byzantium and other mesh networking projects show much promise, allowing scalign to metropolitan-radius levels with only a few dozen or less participants. A few other dozen backbones with higher power levels up 100W would cover a whole continent. I've worked out a power equation which should be both functional and "under the radar" to power-that-be. The key insight is knowing that you can attenuate your signal at twice the radius that you're attempting to broadcast. In this way you keep the "heat map" of your network WELL under the background radiation of most metropolitan cities. P (in Watts) =((radius in meters)^(1/4)). This is the maximum power for licensed operation in a given range. So if you have 10 units operating in that range, you must divde the number by 10 to get any *individual* transmitter power limit. For unlicensed operation, you may have to divide this number by 2 unless you're using a public band set aside (like CB radio). It would be interesting if someone could do some dimensional analysis on this equation as it relates volts and amps to distance in space, which I find intriguing. So that means a mesh network with a granularity of a mile should be about 3W per transmitter. In theory, you should be able to receive at this level if your tuning is fine enough. Next topic: how to send an unbreakable cipher using base *i*. Marxos

[MINISTRY] pre-crime being handled in NSW Australia — [jim.sovereign@optusnet.com.au: Lawyers abhor NSW secret police plan]
by Zenaan Harkness 06 Nov '17

The “glorious state” in action... applying 'intensive policing' to children as young as 10, in order to deter "potential future crimes". Of course, why didn't we realise - intensive policing of young children is simply the best way to deter future crime, so simple it's amazing. NSW Police - building -better- relationships with the community … … or something Here I was thinking America was more fascist than Australia. ----- Forwarded message from Jim <jim.sovereign(a)optusnet.com.au> ----- Date: Mon, 6 Nov 2017 18:00:34 +1100 Subject: Lawyers abhor NSW secret police plan It seems NSW police are trying to take the title away from the QLD police as the most corrupt and fascist police force in the country. Jim Lawyers abhor NSW secret police plan The Australian Australian Associated Press November 6, 2017 Australian human rights lawyers are scathing of a NSW policing program found to be disproportionately targeting young people as young as 10 along with Aboriginal youth. A report prepared by the Youth Justice Coalition uncovered half of the total targets of a NSW Police's Suspect Target Management Program were under 25 while 44 per cent were indigenous. The report claims the program allows police to place people, including minors and those never found guilty of an offence, on a list alongside known offenders all of whom are then targeted for intensive policing in a bid to deter future criminal activity. Australian Lawyers for Human Rights says the program punishes people based on the assumption they may one day commit a crime. "Once placed on this list a person is subjected to intensive policing practices such as being repeatedly stopped on the street and searched and having police officers regularly visit their home to request that they present," ALHR vice president Kerry Weste said in a statement on Monday. "Intensively policing people who have never been convicted of any offence based on secretive algorithms is inconsistent with fundamental human rights and rule of law principles such as the presumption of innocence." ALHR also criticised the program's lack of transparency and governing legislation to hold it accountable. "Moreover, persons subjected to the program are prevented from accessing the reasons for their inclusion or information as to how they can ever be removed from it," Ms Weste said. The group has called on the NSW government to find a more "responsible alternative". However a spokeswoman for NSW Police says the program is targeted at recidivist criminal offenders to prevent them from committing crimes. "A thorough risk management framework is used to ensure the NSW Police Force is targeting the right people at the right times to reduce violence and crime in the community," NSW Police said in a statement on Monday. "While deliberately engaged by police, STMP nominees are treated with respect and tolerance, but they are reminded that the community will not tolerate criminal behaviour." http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/latest-news/lawyers-abhor-nsw-secret-p… ----- End forwarded message -----

[BOOK] Witness to our time - “Profiles in Trollage” - New Book Exposes Top Putin Apologists
by Zenaan Harkness 05 Nov '17

Phil Butler, American expat living in Russia, profiles quite a number of top Kremlin trolls and unabashed Putin groupies, from The Saker, to Pepe Escobar and plenty of others who at some point, courtesy the horrors perpetrated by the Anglo-Zionist regime in Washington USA, each had that moment where something finally clicked - one horrow show too many. "Truly, this book ... is about what makes us human in the best sense of the word: an unbreakable determination to resist Evil and Lies in all their manifestations." I'm looking forward to reading this book, and I hope it's as good as is suggested here: Profiles in Trollage - New Book Exposes Top Putin Apologists http://russia-insider.com/en/profiles-trollage-new-book-exposes-top-putin-a… Reminds me of that YouTube by Margarita Simonyan on RT's true inner workings a while back (now with subtitles for those who missed it): youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8V1Gg_favo --all-subs and of course the inimitable "RT and Wikileaks collusion explained": youtube-dl cc8hCUdfVfM Just remember - all whites are genetically racist. -- Proudski Kremlin Trollski, having flunked out of SnowFlake School CNN - Making the JQ Great Again WARNING: If you are White, do NOT be proud of yourself, for ANYthing! The Rule of Law in America
by juan 05 Nov '17

05 Nov '17

http://money.cnn.com/2017/11/03/media/kevin-spacey-netflix-house-of-cards/i… As you can see, in America, the greatest freest country known to mankind, accusing a person, after 30 years, of some NON CRIME of 'sexual' character is all you need to get him lynched. It's interesting how a country of child murderers for fun and cheap oil - america - gets into lunatic, puritan, raving mode when 'sex' and alleged 'children' are involved. Looks like the americunt nazis never heard of children "playing doctor". ps: persons older than twelve are TEEN-agers, not children, for starters. It's funny how the americunts can't even english.

Yes there are lots of papers all over the net, and in massive collections like arxiv, SSRN, etc... but few places collected and curated by community of relavance here. One could envision a large community curation database bibliography of papers and multimedia presentations. With tagging and export system, including perhaps json / HTML, pick and choose your fields, for those papers that each official project tags as references or relavant to their interests. Click 'Tor', get Tor's... click 'Briar', get Briar's... etc and in addition to the obvious function of global search and browse everything in the databse by various sorting / filters / rankings that the reader chooses. With open submission by anyone (ie: as yet non project submitted / tagged bibinfos), of new entries into a 'potentially relavant to community' subpool, such that they might eventually be tagged by projects and readers as desired. Saves a lot of duplicative work at the projects, is easily mirrored, imported into web pages, etc. > Now I think anonbib needs to be something other than "all of the papers > about the topic". One way forward would be to cull it even more, so it > becomes more of a recommended reading list.
