Decentralization as Imperatice [was: The Libertarian As Conservative]
by coderman 29 Mar '19

29 Mar '19

> When I first realized that I was already a libertarian, and always had been, in about 1975, it was always quite clear that Liberals, Leftists, and fellow-travellers hated (or at least strongly disliked) libertarianism. For reasons that are clear studying the Nolan Chart https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nolan_Chart and the World's Smallest Political Quiz. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World%27s_Smallest_Political_Quiz > > The Right opposed libertarianism because libertarians promoted both personal and economic freedom, while the Right seemed to like only the latter. > The Left opposed libertarianism because libertarians promoted both personal and economic freedom, while the Left seemed to like only the former. > > That made 'sense', so to speak. Not that the liberals and conservatives actually made sense. it is actually more fundamental! consider that both Right and Left promote the idea of an infallible strong center, which conveys the laws upon mankind. Libertarianism is by definition decentralized; delegating decisions to the edge. given that power corrupts; and absolute centralized power corrupts absolutely, it is clear that both Right and Left are deceptions by Centralized Power to maintain itself. the political question at core is this: centralization? (and abuse of power) - or - decentralization (and individual responsibility) the absurdity of humanity is that our cognitive bias sees only the direct cost of personal responsibility, yet ignores the global cost of centralized abuses. best regards,

No longer okay to praise, support or represent White Nationalism on Facebook - bannage ramps up - [MINISTRY] [PEACE]

“while people will still be able to demonstrate pride in their ethnic heritage, we will not tolerate praise or support for white nationalism” -Facebook [see below for more] The Ministry protects the truth. Only truth may be spoken publicly. Truth is that which is published by the Ministry Stream Media. Speaking un-truth is a criminal offence. African National Congress good, White National Congress bad. White babies bad, infinigger immigration good. Infinigger immigration necessary due to lack of white babies so pensions can be paid. White babies bad. Brown babies good. Do not procreate to save the planet - infinite immigration from shirthole countries to increase our populations to save the planet since they keep breeding and need more food. "Minority" man good, White man bad. Competence is a threat and owes infinity reparations to everyone else. Success and achievement are highly dubious results which strongly imply Huwaite Man Bad. Chinese homeland good. African homelands good. Asian homelands good. White homelands is crimethink. Discussion of crimethink shall be punished. ANTIFA good. MAGA bad. MIGA good. Israel wall good. White wall bad. Orange man bad. Israeli nationalism is worthy pride, European nationalism is nefarious evil. Germany must remain guilty. Germany must never stop reparations. Germany must continue to prosecute and jail those who question any of the claimed "facts" regarding the holocaust. Discussion of holocaust "facts" is anti-Semitism. Criticism of Israel, of Jews and of Zionism, both unwarranted criticism as well as warranted criticism, is anti-Semitic and anti-Zionist. Being anti-Semitic or anti-Zionist is criminal thinking, and crimethink shall be punished. Non-white ethnic separatist movements are good. White separatist movements are bad. Dilution of White countries with open borders is good, but in this case Jews are not White, they are ethnic minority. Discussion of the most powerful tribe in the world is in most countries a literally jailable criminal offence. Truth says the most powerful tribe in the world is actually the most persecuted tribe in the world, for all time, and must receive infinity reparations for the endless subjugation and persecution, which is why their power must not be discussed. The most powerful are the most subjugated. The most powerful are the most persecuted. The most powerful are the superlative victims. White man bad. Facebook Bans Pro-White Groups, Discussions https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-03-27/facebook-bans-pro-white-groups-di… Facebook on Wednesday announced that it will begin banning "praise, support and representation of white nationalism and separatism" on both Facebook and Instagram. The company had already been blocking users from sharing messages which glorify white supremacy - while civil rights advocates [MINISTRY ALERT!] have long argued that white nationalism and white separatism are the same thing. Facebook claimed in a Wednesday blog post https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2019/03/standing-against-hate/ that "people will still be able to demonstrate pride in their ethnic heritage," they will "not tolerate praise or support for white nationalism or separatism." [O]ver the past three months our conversations with members of civil society and academics who are experts in race relations around the world have confirmed that white nationalism and separatism cannot be meaningfully separated from white supremacy and organized hate groups. Our own review of hate figures and organizations – as defined by our Dangerous Individuals & Organizations policy https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards/dangerous_individuals_organizat… – further revealed the overlap between white nationalism and separatism and white supremacy. Going forward, while people will still be able to demonstrate pride in their ethnic heritage, we will not tolerate praise or support for white nationalism and separatism. -Facebook https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2019/03/standing-against-hate/ In May of last year, internal training materials leaked to Motherboard https://motherboard.vice.com/en_us/article/mbkbbq/facebook-charlottesville-… revealed that Facebook treated the terms differently - allowing the "praise, support and representation" of white nationalism and white separatism "as an ideology," according to the Washington Post. https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2019/03/27/facebook-says-it-will-… Civil rights groups applauded the move. “There is no defensible distinction that can be drawn between white supremacy, white nationalism or white separatism in society today,” Kristen Clarke, president and executive director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, https://lawyerscommittee.org/ said Wednesday in a statement. The organization had pushed Facebook for months to change its policies, pointing to pages such as “It’s okay to be white,” which has more than 18,000 followers and has regularly defended white nationalism. Another, called “American White History Month 2,” often posted white-supremacist memes, according to the Lawyers’ Committee. A cached version of the page from late February showed it had more than 258,000 followers before it went offline. -WaPo https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2019/03/27/facebook-says-it-will-… Facebook's move has some wondering where exactly they draw the lines, and whether they plan to do anything about non-white race-based supremacy groups. Facebook says it is banning white nationalist content. This is understandable when it's violent, but where do they draw the line? Is talking about "white people issues" now forbidden? > Or the global cost of decentralized abuses. Which could be, and used to be, worse. Name your abuse of choice: it's worse when it's being done everywhere to / by everyone. let's play a game: centralized power to redress cultural wrongs. assuming that Stephen is speaking of social concerns; a centralized action designed to redress cultural norms could be righteous, right? who can say "Brown v. Board of Education" was not the arc of history? these are the seductions of centralization - when they accomplish easily what is hard fought directly. to think that centralized power is only utilized for righteous ends is to succumb to the fallacy. no, decentralized malicious actions are not as bad as centralized ones. they are, by definition, limited. e.g. within the realm of direct intervention. best regards,

GPS-SDR-SIM
by coderman 27 Mar '19

27 Mar '19

https://github.com/osqzss/gps-sdr-sim GPS-SDR-SIM GPS-SDR-SIM generates GPS baseband signal data streams, which can be converted to RF using software-defined radio (SDR) platforms, such as [ADALM-Pluto](https://wiki.analog.com/university/tools/pluto), [bladeRF](http://nuand.com/), [HackRF](https://github.com/mossmann/hackrf/wiki), and [USRP](http://www.ettus.com/). Windows build instructions - Start Visual Studio. - Create an empty project for a console application. - On the Solution Explorer at right, add "gpssim.c" and "getopt.c" to the Souce Files folder. - Select "Release" in Solution Configurations drop-down list. - Build the solution. Building with GCC $ gcc gpssim.c -lm -O3 -o gps-sdr-sim Using bigger user motion files In order to use user motion files with more than 30000 samples (at 10Hz), the USER_MOTION_SIZE variable can be set to the maximum time of the user motion file in seconds. It is advisable to do this using make so gps-sdr-bin can update the size when needed. e.g: $ make USER_MOTION_SIZE=4000 This variable can also be set when compiling directly with GCC: $ gcc gpssim.c -lm -O3 -o gps-sdr-sim -DUSER_MOTION_SIZE=4000 Generating the GPS signal file A user-defined trajectory can be specified in either a CSV file, which contains the Earth-centered Earth-fixed (ECEF) user positions, or an NMEA GGA stream. The sampling rate of the user motion has to be 10Hz. The user is also able to assign a static location directly through the command line. The user specifies the GPS satellite constellation through a GPS broadcast ephemeris file. The daily GPS broadcast ephemeris file (brdc) is a merge of the individual site navigation files into one. The archive for the daily file is: ftp://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/gnss/data/daily/ These files are then used to generate the simulated pseudorange and Doppler for the GPS satellites in view. This simulated range data is then used to generate the digitized I/Q samples for the GPS signal. The bladeRF and ADALM-Pluto command line interface requires I/Q pairs stored as signed 16-bit integers, while the hackrf_transfer and gps-sdr-sim-uhd.py support signed bytes. HackRF, bladeRF and ADALM-Pluto require 2.6 MHz sample rate, while the USRP2 requires 2.5 MHz (an even integral decimator of 100 MHz). The simulation start time can be specified if the corresponding set of ephemerides is available. Otherwise the first time of ephemeris in the RINEX navigation file is selected. The maximum simulation duration time is defined by USER_MOTION_SIZE to prevent the output file from getting too large. The output file size can be reduced by using "-b 1" option to store four 1-bit I/Q samples into a single byte. You can use [bladeplayer](https://github.com/osqzss/gps-sdr-sim/tree/master/player) for bladeRF to playback the compressed file. Usage: gps-sdr-sim [options] Options: -e <gps_nav> RINEX navigation file for GPS ephemerides (required) -u <user_motion> User motion file (dynamic mode) -g <nmea_gga> NMEA GGA stream (dynamic mode) -c <location> ECEF X,Y,Z in meters (static mode) e.g. 3967283.15,1022538.18,4872414.48 -l <location> Lat,Lon,Hgt (static mode) e.g. 30.286502,120.032669,100 -t <date, time> Scenario start time YYYY/MM/DD,hh:mm:ss -T <date, time> Overwrite TOC and TOE to scenario start time -d <duration> Duration [sec] (dynamic mode max: 300 static mode max: 86400) -o <output> I/Q sampling data file (default: gpssim.bin ; use - for stdout) -s <frequency> Sampling frequency [Hz] (default: 2600000) -b <iq_bits> I/Q data format [1/8/16] (default: 16) -i Disable ionospheric delay for spacecraft scenario -v Show details about simulated channels The user motion can be specified in either dynamic or static mode: > gps-sdr-sim -e brdc3540.14n -u circle.csv > gps-sdr-sim -e brdc3540.14n -g triumphv3.txt > gps-sdr-sim -e brdc3540.14n -l 30.286502,120.032669,100 Transmitting the samples The TX port of a particular SDR platform is connected to the GPS receiver under test through a DC block and a fixed 50-60dB attenuator. BladeRF: The simulated GPS signal file, named "gpssim.bin", can be loaded into the bladeRF for playback as shown below: set frequency 1575.42M set samplerate 2.6M set bandwidth 2.5M set txvga1 -25 cal lms cal dc tx tx config file=gpssim.bin format=bin tx start You can also execute these commands via the bladeRF-cli script option as below: > bladeRF-cli -s bladerf.script HackRF: > hackrf_transfer -t gpssim.bin -f 1575420000 -s 2600000 -a 1 -x 0 UHD supported devices (tested with USRP2 only): > gps-sdr-sim-uhd.py -t gpssim.bin -s 2500000 -x 0 LimeSDR (in case of 1 Msps 1-bit file, to get full BaseBand dynamic and low RF power): > limeplayer -s 1000000 -b 1 -d 2047 -g 0.1 < ../circle.1b.1M.bin ADALM-Pluto (PlutoSDR): The ADALM-Pluto device is expected to have its network interface up and running and is accessible via "pluto.local" by default. Default settings: > plutoplayer -t gpssim.bin Set TX attenuation: > plutoplayer -t gpssim.bin -a -30.0 Default -20.0dB. Applicable range 0.0dB to -80.0dB in 0.25dB steps. Set RF bandwidth: > plutoplayer -t gpssim.bin -b 3.0 Default 3.0MHz. Applicable range 1.0MHz to 5.0MHz.

per-human carbon sequestration quota → make babies today (was CO2 Study, Effect On Plant Growth)
by Zenaan Harkness 27 Mar '19

27 Mar '19

For those who like to pull their weight when it comes to saving the planet, it really is essential to sequester a minimum quota of carbon as an independent, free human being - grow Hemp and make babies today. In fact 21 atoms of C21H30O2, that is THC, are in fact carbon atoms, and in the human body are quite few carbon atoms → on average, a 70Kg human body contains roughly 7x10^27 carbon carbon atoms, slightly less for a baby, but to get to 70 Kg, one must start with a baby - so go on, get to work me gritties :D Save the planet, grow C21H30O2 today :) Save the planet, make babies today :) How many atoms are in the human body? https://education.jlab.org/qa/mathatom_04.html For those not quite sure how big 7 times by 10 to the power 27 really is, here are some other ways to say it: * Seven billion billion billion (that is, multiplying each of those numbers, 7, a billion, another billion, and a third billion. * 7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 * 7 thousand million million million million * a really bloody huge number In comparison, in our Milky way galaxy, there are roughly 100 billion stars, a MUCH smaller number, and similarly the weight of the Milky way is roughly 100 billion times heavier than the Sun in our solar system. https://www.space.com/25959-how-many-stars-are-in-the-milky-way.html Our Milky Way galaxy is about 100,000 to 180,000 light years in diameter: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_nearest_galaxies Andromeda galaxy will apparently collide with the Milky Way in about 2 billion years time, and it's about 2 million light years away from us. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/andromeda-galaxy-will-collide-with-milky-way/ What about the largest known galaxy in our entire Universe? That is presently named IC 1101, and is estimated at 6 million light years in diameter and has about 100 trillion stars in it, that is, 100,000,000,000,000 stars: https://futurism.com/ic-1101-the-largest-galaxy-ever-found/ And the number of stars in the entire Universe I hear you ask? About 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, that is, 1x10^24 stars! https://www.space.com/26078-how-many-stars-are-there.html Aand … even this must be -multiplied- by 7,000 just to get the number of carbon atoms in an average human body. That is, for every of the average of 100s of billions of stars in the estimated 10 trillions of galaxies, adding all those up, we need to put them all in a metaphorical basket, and then duplicate that basked thousands of times - 7 thousand times to be reasonably in the ballpark of scientific estimates - just to get to the number of carbon atoms in a human body! So, get to work folks - you gotta sequester that carbon so you just make sure an make those babies! :) PS: If you ain't seen that 'tube video below, it be recommended it do - simple, elegant, and a mere few meggabites in size :) ----- Forwarded message from Gil May <gilmay97(a)gmail.com> ----- From: Gil May <gilmay97(a)gmail.com> Date: Wed, 27 Mar 2019 20:19:20 +1000 Subject: CO2 Study – Effect On Plant Growth *CO2 Study – Effect On Plant Growth* *While proven and factual it may be beyond the brain-washed to come to grips with reality. This makes a total idiocy of current climate change nonsense and show how stupid and **beguile politicans and other small minds are.* Most plant species studied appear to have optimal growth characteristics with CO2 at well above current levels, in particular at from 743 ppm (measured) to 2700 ppm (estimate of combination of CO2 and water usage optimization). That is, plant life on this planet appears optimized for atmospheric concentration levels of around 1200 ppm. (Scientists report that over the past 300 million years the average CO2 has been 1,200 ppm.) Atmospheric CO2 Concentrations At 400 PPM Are Still Dangerously Low For Life On Earth *http://notrickszone.com/2013/05/17/atmospheric-co2-concentrations-at-400-ppm-are-still-dangerously-low-for-life-on-earth/ <http://notrickszone.com/2013/05/17/atmospheric-co2-concentrations-at-400-pp…>* Plants and therefore most life will die if CO2 falls below 180 ppm. Plants thrive at 1,200 ppm. Over the Earth's history, atmospheric CO2 concentrations have ranged from 180 ppm to 7000 ppm, see Figure 1 below. On that scale we are in fact today barely above the Earth's record extreme lows. Figure 1: Atmospheric CO2 concentration is just barely above the life-sustaining levels for the complex vascular plants of 150 ppm. … It’s a fact that biologists have shown that once the atmospheric CO2 level falls below the 500 ppm level, plants really begin to suffer. Many of us have seen the video showing *http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2qVNK6zFgE <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2qVNK6zFgE>* *This shows how plants grow faster under higher CO2 concentrations with growth variation of time lapse video over 42 days of growing Cowpea at CO2 concentrations of 450 ppm and 1270 ppm producing a 44 % total biomass gain.* Study: why CO2 levels are lower during global cold periods *https://wattsupwiththat.com/2017/03/15/study-why-co2-levels-are-lower-during-global-cold-periods/ <https://wattsupwiththat.com/2017/03/15/study-why-co2-levels-are-lower-durin…>* As recently as 18,000 years ago, at the height of the most recent major glaciation, CO2 dipped to its lowest level in recorded history at 180 ppm, low enough to stunt and retard plant growth. *This is only 30 ppm above a level that would result in the death of plants due to CO2 starvation.* While climate change alarmists absurdly claim CO2 is a pollutant, they neglect to tell you that without CO2, we would all die of starvation because every ecosystem on the planet would almost instantly collapse. If CO2 were dropped to zero, Earth would become a barren global desert of death entirely incapable of supporting human life at all. Even more shockingly, most climate change cultists still have no idea that their own bodies are made of carbon, and even the THC found in all the weed they’re smoking contains 21 carbon elements per molecule (C21H30O2). Vegetarians and vegans apparently don’t realize that all the fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds they eat are also made of carbon, as is their own blood, skin, hormones and tissues. At the same time these people are denouncing carbon as an “evil pollutant,” they are eating carbon, drinking carbon, smoking carbon and even making babies made of carbon. … as CO2 levels are raised by 1,000 ppm photosynthesis increases proportionately resulting in more sugars and carbohydrates available for plant growth. Plant Growth and Carbon Dioxide for Maximum Yield *http://www.jasons-indoor-guide-to-organic-and-hydroponics-gardening.com/plant-growth-and-carbon-dioxide.html <http://www.jasons-indoor-guide-to-organic-and-hydroponics-gardening.com/pla…>* Plant growth requires a tremendous amount of Carbon Dioxide (CO2). At the center of every plant cell is an atom of Carbon, which the plant has absorbed from the surrounding air. When all other growing conditions are kept ideal, Carbon Dioxide becomes the growth limiting factor. This means, as you increase the CO2 in your garden area, you will also increase the plant growth rates – and your yields. The ideal level of CO2 supplementation to maximize plant growth in a well maintained garden is generally 1500 ppm. The optimal CO2 concentrations for the growth of three perennial grass species https://bmcplantbiol.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12870-018-1243-3 Here, we examined the optimal atmospheric CO2 concentration effect on CO2 fertilization and further on the growth of three perennial grasses in growth chambers with the CO2 concentration at 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1200 ppm, respectively. … the CO2 fertilization effect may sustain up to about 1000 ppm for leaf photosynthesis [46, 49] and 1800 ppm for grain yield of crops [50]. For example, Xu [23] examined the optimal atmospheric CO2 concentration of the CO2 fertilization effect on the growth of winter wheat and found that the optimal atmospheric CO2 concentration was 894 and 968 ppm for total biomass and leaf photosynthesis… … Elevated CO2 effects on plant biomass….. We found very strong CO2 fertilization effects on the aboveground and total biomass of the three species. The optimal CO2 levels for the aboveground biomass were 945, 915, and 1151 ppm, and for the total biomass were 915, 1178, and 1386 ppm for tall fescue, perennial ryegrass, and Kentucky bluegrass, respectively (Fig.1). However, an optimal CO2 of 895 ppm for the belowground was found only for the tall fescue, while no obviously optimal CO2 of the belowground biomass for the other two species was detected. Beyond the optimum, further elevating the ambient CO2 concentration significantly reduced the growth of perennial grasses, indicating the adverse impacts of high CO2 concentration on the grass species. … we quantified the relationship between CO2 and WUE [water use efficiency] of perennial ryegrass through quadratic models and found that the optimal CO2 for WUE would occur at about 2700 ppm, which was much higher than those of the other two species (Fig. 2). Adelson, take a bow, we are in sincere gratidude, dude :) Rah Rah Rah! A-dolph-son! Put da "BLAH BLAH BLAH" into Semi-ti-sm! Ho yeah - dis-info le info, muffuluggamofo san :D Sheldon know's where it's at, and where it's at is puttin out a full page (!) pro-Semitism advertisement in the Washington Post. Full page. Just to make sure we gittin' edumacated. Be edumacated, yo, wiv a nice big, easy to read snap o' the day - straight outta Kekistan, sorry, I mean the Washington Post. Read it and celebrate pro-Semitism in action. Officially. As in, literally. Like, in your face, like. Like "like" like! WaPo Features Full Page Pro-Ilhan Omar, Pro-Nazi Ad! https://dailystormer.name/wapo-features-full-page-pro-ilhan-omar-pro-nazi-a… The Washington Post recently featured a full-page ad showing that Hitler was right about the Jews, and that Ilhan Omar is telling the TRUTH. I can’t believe they accepted this ad, which is highly anti-Semitic and truthfully accurate. On the left side are Ilhan Omar statements, on the right side is the fact-check from Nazis. ∙ Ilhan: “Israel has hypnotized the world.” → Protocols of the Elders of Zion: “[The Jew] Hypnotizes by his daring and strength of mind.” ∙ Ilhan: “It’s all about the Benjamins [money], baby!” → Henry Ford’s The International Jew: “Money is the only means [The Jew] knows by which to gain position.” ∙ Ilhan: “I want to talk about the political influence in this country that says it is okay to push for allegiance to a foreign country.” → The White Man’s Bible: “The Jew… is frantically, eternally loyal to the Jewish race and since 1948, to Israel.” The bottom of the page confirms that this is indeed anti-Semitism. Because you cannot criticize the Jews without being anti-Semitic. Because the behavior of the Jews is uniquely Jewish, so if you oppose that behavior, you are opposed to the Jews. … Also, it turns out a Jew paid for this ad.: OUR FULL PAGE AD in today's Washington Post – https://t.co/xf548LppAK pic.twitter.com/x1tBl19sS5 — Rabbi Shmuley (@RabbiShmuley) March 24, 2019 Talk about an own goal. Rabbi Shmuley, you have vastly overestimated the anti-Nazi feelings in this country. You are not destroying Ilhan by saying “Nazis also said this.” You are doing is making people think “hey, it looks like those Nazis have a point!” … Ilhan is the best Congressbulb and should be elected president.

Three Corruption Models
by Ryan Carboni 26 Mar '19

26 Mar '19

There are ultimately three corruption models: 1. The British model, no one notices crime because you specifically not allocate resources to it, and the people involved are either overworked or extraordinarily oblivious. Only the higher-ups are on the take. Birmingham prostitution rings should have been noticed. 2. The third-world model, everyone notices crime, everyone knows who does it, everyone is just on the take or just want to get by. 3. The 1984 model, it is out of harmony and in deference to the collective effort that problems are covered over or minimized. The Catholic Church has adopted this model and the model shows signs of further adoption. Sent from ProtonMail Mobile
