People might demand Deep Mind be put to work identifying potential " Bond Villain " type threats from any Rogue Govt, dictatorship, Theocracy, Corporation, etc. As the power to deploy WMD-grade weapons - like crypto-munitions - devolves the ' gene pool ' for potential Bond Villain types grows.
