Fwd: Larson FOIL 30-Day letter (Apple Card Report)
by Gunnar Larson 15 Apr '22

15 Apr '22

April 14, 2022 VIA EMAIL Gunnar Larson xNY,io G(a)xny.io Dear Mr. Larson: The Division is in receipt of your Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request, received by the Division on March 28, 2022, in which you requested the following concerning: 2021 Apple Card Report We would like to receive any and all records, relating to NY-DFS' 2021 Apple Card Investigation. This is one part of a broader discussion we must have about equal credit access. On March 23, 2021, Ms. Linda Lacewell published NY-DFS' Findings on Apple Card and its Underwriter Goldman Sachs Bank. As the former Superintendent of NY-DFS, Ms. Lacewell's stone faced propaganda assured that Apple Card did not discriminate against women, while under Goldman Sachs management. The red flags started to appear when an authorized user drew attention to the following: A person who relies on a spouse's access to credit, and only accesses those accounts as an authorized user, may incorrectly believe they have the same credit profile as the spouse. We recently collated 61 highlights to the Report on Apple Card Investigation from March 2021: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xH16OKyuXzB- MVqIznMWDE9w8RRdmZCw/view The Apple Card investigation was to assess women's access to equitable finance. The integrity of the Apple Card investigation must be rationally considered as flawed. We would like to receive any and all records of Ms. Linda Lacewell's (emails, texts, and similar) involvement with the 2021 Apple Card report. We would like to receive any and all records to NY-DFS association to evaluating Ms. Linda ... Censorship: Turkey's Erodogan Hates DataSpeech [re: NATO CCD COE]

Turkey is member of NATO, Zeynep better be careful because papi Erdogan probably doesn't like anyone embarrassing NATO, and definitely not him and his dumb ass government that apparently Turks love "voting" for, they should revolt into Voluntaryism instead of foolishly creating more Govt Religion on top of themselves... https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-04-14/turkey-mulls-jail-terms-… Turkey Mulls Jail For Publishing 'Unapproved' Economic Data Economists in Turkey may face up to three years in prison for publishing 'unofficial' data on indicators without first obtaining approval from the country's statistics agency, according to Bloomberg, which has seen a draft of the a law currently being drafted by the governing AK party. The proposed legislation was set to be introduced to parliament this week, however two party officials speaking on condition of anonymity say there's further work to be done on it. The move comes as blistering inflation followed an earlier slump in the value of the lira - while Turkish elections are just over a year away. In March, independent inflation researcher, ENAGroup, reported an annual inflation rate of 142.63% - more than double the official figure of 61.14%... Infographic: Turkish Inflation Soaring After Years of Relative Stability | Statista You will find more infographics at Statista ...leading to the Turkish Statistical Institute to file a complaint, accusing ENAGroup of "purposefully defaming" the institution and "misguiding public opinion." The draft law seen by Bloomberg would bar researchers from publishing any data on any platform without seeking approval from the statistics agency, which would have two months to assess methodology. Those found guilty of violating the law may face between 1 and 3 years in jail. -Bloomberg An original version of the bill envisioned broadcast bans for websites that publish unapproved statistics - which ENAGroup has done, along with posting data on Twitter. "Some of the manipulative statistics presented to the public under the name of scientific study without a clear methodology target both the Turkish Statistical Institute and the confidence in economic indicators," reads the draft.

" KGB " covers " Cheka ", NKVD, MGB, MVD and whatever else these fascist pigs call themselves. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chronology_of_Soviet_secret_police_agencies Best way to end a Cold War is to win it The North Atlantic Treaty Organization was created in 1949 following events like the USSR blockading of Berlin, an attempt to bully Finland and gain a right to passage to the Black Sea through Turkey. Not to mention Soviet sponsorship of a bloody fascist coup in Czechoslovakia in 1948. Tl/Dr fascist Russian pigs started the Cold War.

The Hague-based International Criminal Court, which deals with human rights abuses, has investigators in Ukraine right now. Those investigators have declared the country a “crime scene” https://www.news.com.au/world/europe/ukraine-declared-crime-scene-by-intern…
