WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. R-21-0345 on September 13, 2021, which authorized the City Manager to accept the gifts from and execute a Gift Agreement with CityCoins, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the gifts may be used for any valid governmental, municipal, and/or public purpose; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2.
