While its obvious that shithole site has been slipping for a long time here now is further confirmation - if any were needed. One of the very few things they used to get right was the names of CIA agents that had accidentally or purposefully been doxxed. SAD! >>> One of the ex-CIA employees, Mark Chadason, said Sussmann indicated he wanted to share information about Trump with the spy agency on behalf of an unnamed client. Chadason said he pushed Sussmann for more information about his unnamed client and elicited that the client was a Republican and an engineer who either worked or had worked in the intelligence community. However, another former CIA officer, referred to as Kevin P., said Sussmann insisted at a February 2017 meeting that he was not coming on behalf of any client. <<< https://www.politico.com/news/2022/05/20/clinton-campaign-manager-denies-ap…

How does a young mother explain to her daughter the difference between WhiteHouse.com and WhiteHouse.gov? It is a Robinhood.com type trick. Same people. Allegedly.

Tarnoff is no less appalled by the internet that we have now, but far more optimistic about the one we might have in the future – or could have had today, had different political choices been made. https://www.newstatesman.com/culture/books/book-of-the-day/2022/05/internet… REPOSTS definitely NOT endorsements

Nosebleed Liberals complain about anarchists carrying guns at this Arizona rally
by professor rat 21 May '22

21 May '22

Anarchists did not listen to these “non-violent” movement cops and at one point one with an umbrella started to physically grab an anarchist until another anarchist intervened to stop them. There were also a couple of incidents where a fascist put their hands on an anarchist. After a couple of hours, these liberal movement police told everyone the event was over and to go home. While anarchists and other radicals made repeated efforts to get the crowd into the street for a worthwhile direct action, those attempts failed. As usual, this abortion rally like all other rallies dominated by liberals was highly performative and lacked any real substance let alone teeth at actually changing anything. https://anarchistnews.org/content/phoenix-anarchists-mobilize-against-%E2%8… Reposts etc

Though fascinating, the Arpanet story excludes the everyday culture of personal computing and grassroots internetworking. In truth, the histories of Arpanet and BBS networks were interwoven—socially and materially—as ideas, technologies, and people flowed between them. https://www.wired.com/story/internet-origin-story-bbs/ Reposts not endorphins FOR MORE THAN two decades, dial-up bulletin board systems, or BBSs, were a primary form of popular networked computing in North America. The creators and maintainers of BBSs, known as system operators or “sysops,” stood at the forefront of computer-mediated communication, carving out a space between nationwide commercial services and subsidized university systems.
