True Names anonymity

Assuming this is our default position and we all remain broadly opposed to any centralized biometric identity checks. Get it, got it, good? If this is uncontroversial and a policy plank of our "platform" then its clearly under siege. Worldcoin on the Left. Darknets on the Right. But we need not waver. We need not even choose. So long as anarchist diversity of tactics is respected. It is only the dogmatic sectarian of the Left and Right that insist on " My way or the highway! " Dogs bark and the caravan moves on. There remains certain imperishable truths to guide anarchists. War to the knife against any central govt solutions and ditto religion. Then there is our own cypherpunk creed. " We are all about privacy for the pleb and transparency for the plutocrats " We're not a tax-haven! If current trends continue Worldcoin will keep expanding and associated UBI. The Darkness solution will remain a minority report. One thing is certain though. Quantum networking will enable cryptoanarchist identity solutions by default. State of the art key-exchange and next level transaction control. Feel the power! Live the dream! Hopefully as soon as 2027. Some problems never even get resolved. They are replaced by new problems. Just cast your minds back a single decade. How many of us had rich people's problems!? Tl/dr barring some unforseen acute catastrophe we will win. And, come the singularity all our petty problems fall to earth like dew.

The dangers of the state monopoly on identity
by pro2rat＠yahoo.com.au 05 May '24

05 May '24

All well and good comrades, but why stop there? There exists a grave danger from powers, sought or unsought, from the crypto anarchy, techno industrial complex. Identity matters! Whether we like it or not, the words anarchy and crypto anarchy can be a boogeyman to the general public, and Tim May went along with the term because he liked it but the “cyber liberty” one might be more fitting by his own admission. What happens is with the spread of technology — cheap smartphones as in the case with Africa — more and more people are joining the world economy and getting the means to cross the local boundaries. What would people in Zimbabwe use for money, when their national currency completely collapsed, were it not for the access to technology, and cheap access too? This is cyber liberty. The advance and spread of the blockchain technology gives even more opportunities for people to go translocal and transborder. All that people need is a device, an Internet connection, and a willingness to learn. This is not to say that all three of these are easy to accomplish, but they are a possibility and they are opportunities. While mobile money is just that — a currency, even though a currency that’s convenient and even life-saving to some that also gives a taste of joining the world economy, the blockchain is the next step and the opportunities that come with it are truly fitting for the term “cyber liberty”. The State is a condition, a certain relationship between human beings, a mode of behaviour; we destroy it by contracting other relationships, by behaving differently toward one another… So we are the New " Net State" and we shall continue to be in that capitalist state until we have created the institutions that form some other community. That community identity may be crypto anarchist. Crypto agorist or Cyber Libertarian, or something else again. Holocratic. A Futarchy. In the virtual marketplace for ideas let's "Let a thousand flowers bloom!" Quadratic democracy for the win! Armed with zero knowledge proofs check summing each new ideology becomes trivial. Like checking in on your favourite antistate token. Let a thousand new schools of thought contend! Or run away and hide if that's what they decide. Treat all state-like forms as damage and route around them. Brave Eric Hughes he bravely ran. And in cyber Heaven, I am told, Vitalik stands up to his old man.

Murder contract out for Joe Biden
by pro2rat＠yahoo.com.au 05 May '24

Joe Biden needs killing ( my 2k sats ) How are “smart contracts” enforced — in theory, and in reality? Nick Szabo sheds a little light. A sufficiently large market predicting an individual's death is also, necessarily, an assassination market.. https://stiffs.com/celebrity/joebiden URL postings are not endorsements and this one an exception that proves this rule.

And as the US policing agency that investigates all threats , the US Secret Service - rots down so the FbI intergalactic lurches up. To boldly Go where no pigcop has ever been and investigate all threats credible or not. My fellow sentient beings this is pure comedy gold and you can't make this shit up outside Disneyworld Hollywood Land. The happiest braindead kingdom of them all. “Threats against any individual, credible or not, is a very serious crime that the FBI will not tolerate,” Special Agent in Charge of FBI Atlanta Keri Farley just said. “Threats of violence against government officials, specifically, threaten the very fabric of our democracy. We want everyone to know that if you engage in such behavior, you will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.”
