The Elephant Family works in partnership with conservation experts on the ground to tackle the challenges facing Asia’s wildlife and the communities that live alongside it. 🌴 Established by Her Majesty’s brother, Mark Shand, in 2002, the charity has helped to deliver pioneering projects to protect wildlife, restore habitats and promote coexistence between people and animals. Interestingly,, cognitive liberty is not recognized as an international human right. Some want to change that, making the argument that humanity has the right to be free to think whatever they want (freedom of thought). The Ottawa Citizen reports <https://ottawacitizen.com/news/national/defence-watch/military-leaders-saw-…> that the Canadian armed forces have launched ‘psychological operations’ as an experiment in government propaganda to counter civil disobedience. International human rights scholars are quick to point out that the lack of protection of cognitive liberty in such instances is due to the relative lack of technology capable of directly interfering with mental autonomy at the time the core human rights treaties were created. Similar to a ransomware attack, the technology behind such operations can be abused. Canada is said to have exploited advanced technologies without the authority to do so. Even worse, it is alleged that Canada forcefully abused technology in the unsanctioned production of reports that appeared to be aimed at cognitive activities of Canadians. - Other reports highlight similar technologies being explored by the New York City Police Department. - In 2021 <https://gothamist.com/news/city-settles-lawsuit-protesters-who-accused-nypd…>, members of the National Lawyers Guild won $650,000 in litigation financed fees from abuse of the technology in New York. The semantics empowering freedom of thought as a human right hold new opportunities for modern international recognition of the right to cognitive liberty. -----(PAGE BREAK)----- xNY.io - Bank.org founder Gunnar Larson was a writer at LitigationFinanceJournal.com, or Legal Funding Journal in 2022 and wrote the following article: *Title: Scotland’s Post Office and Windmill Scandals May Be Historic:* - *https://litigationfinancejournal.com/law-society-of-scotland-on-post-office-scandal-litigation/ <https://litigationfinancejournal.com/law-society-of-scotland-on-post-office…>* *Source Article: https://litigationfinancejournal.com/law-society-of-scotland-on-post-office… <https://litigationfinancejournal.com/law-society-of-scotland-on-post-office…>* *Blurb Word Count: 150* *Source Article Word Count: NA * *Title: Scotland’s Post Office and Windmill Scandals May Be Historic * They say it could be a whale of a crime scene. The Endangered Species Act <https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ahV6Oh0_Ji7c3ImmSJT8tHsvXtFA3SKU/view?usp=…> prompts no arrest warrant is required. The culprits? Seemingly, politicians. The victims? Windmills and Whales. The plot? To muddy the political waters spanning the Atlantic Ocean <https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-organization-ordered-to-pay-2…> coast to cost. The fanciers? Five times count Felsons <https://www.reuters.com/business/energy/vineyard-wind-secures-23-bln-loan-a…>. The litigation finance connection? Scotland's Post Office Scandal <https://litigationfinancejournal.com/law-society-of-scotland-on-post-office…> potentially can pay for itself. As Litigation Finance Journal has reported, the people of Scotland are party to new Parliament action billed the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Bill <https://litigationfinancejournal.com/scotland-introduces-movable-transactio…>. Ironic that Windmill turbines move in circles this as legal scholars suggest that the most famous ESG Windmill litigation was won in Scotland <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump_International_Golf_Club_Scotland_Ltd_v_….> . Meanwhile, Scotland is home to one of the most famous computer software crime dramas ever, branded the Post Office Scandal <https://www.lawscot.org.uk/members/journal/issues/vol-67-issue-05/litigatio…> . The Atlantic Ocean spanned the Trump administration. Mr. Trump paid the people of Scotland to settle the aforementioned ESG Windmill claim. Meanwhile, Mr. Trump (for whatever reason) then got himself into the Windmill business in the United States <https://www.doi.gov/pressreleases/trump-administration-delivers-historic-pr….> … The first and largest Windmill farm in American history. There is one place on the planet Atlantic Right Whales go over Summer to feed. Atlantic Right Whales are on the Endangered Species List. Logical legal interpretations question if the Windmills in Scotland were party to political manipulation in the United States. The Atlantic Right Whale population holds various protections under the Endangered Species Act. Some include: - The judges of the district courts of the United States and the United States magistrates may, within their respective jurisdictions, upon proper oath or affirmation showing probable cause, issue such warrants or other process as may be required for enforcement of this Act and any regulation issued thereunder. - Such person may make arrests without a warrant for any violation of this Act if he has reasonable grounds to believe that the person to be arrested is committing the violation in his presence or view, and may execute and serve any arrest warrant, search warrant, or other warrant or civil or criminal process issued by any officer or court of competent jurisdiction for enforcement of this Act. The Atlantic Right Whale has some of the most recognised mammal rights on the planet and are threatened by Windmills. The people of Scotland are experts at Windmill litigation finance. It does not take the Da Vinci Code to put this all together: 1. Scotland's Post Office Scandal is a software claim now historic as covered by Litigation Finance Journal. Scotland's ESG windmill claim was a litigation finance win. 2. How Scotland's Post Office Scandal paid 555 claimants is a litigation investment win. But, there are 735 Post Office Scandle software computer crime scenes. 3. When you put the two scandal wins together (Windmills and Post Office) we see Scotland is a third party investment unicorn. There are only a little more than 300 Atlantic Right Whales swimming now. Post Office Sandals victims yet vindicated are the same in numbers. Scotland can engage the Movable Transactions Bill (windmill turbines move) to pay for the future of Endangered Species and software computer crimes like the Post Office Scandal. Mr. Trump may or may not be involved with harassing the Atlantic Right Whales. But, both Windmill sagas Mr. Trump is party to. As a unicorn, the Scotland litigation finance industry could pay for the Post Office Scandal’s misgivings via Windmill and Whale innovation. -----(PAGE BREAK)----- *xNY.io - Bank.org has reason to believe that winds at Golden Beach, North Cyprus could impact xNY.io - Bank.org business in Saudi Arabia.* *Watch "Trump takes golf cart tour of At-Turaif with MBS ahead of Saudi state dinner" on YouTube:* *xNY.io - Bank.org has yet to hear from UNIC, UNODC, EC or ECB pertaining to potential "fallout-fraud" at Golden Beach, North Cyprus.* *xNY.io - Bank.org today continues to escalate our appeal world-wide. * - https://youtu.be/zJE0QImCs_U?si=z9WfSJoxegdsg0ne xNY.io - Bank.org respectfully reserves all Interjurisdictional rights.
