Re: Bank.org Concern of BitLicense Marketplace Manipulation
by Gunnar Larson 30 Oct '24

While xNY.io - Bank.org was blowing the wistle, what was happening, FBI? Literally, most of this could have been avoided. When it comes to honesty the Brody of Wall Street reminds you that the truth is so important. PYUSD did not just fall from the sky. And if it takes a new Superintendent, it takes a new Superintendent then. We were not blowing the wistle for the award, FBI. We were blowing the wistle for the protections and since July 25, 2021 you know how we have been treating. Water under the bridge. xNY.io - Bank.org is doing better than ever. However, the FBI cannot accuse us of using Donald Trump RICO arguments against New York State. That would be silly. In other news, on its own who thinks xNY.io is going to be tricked by X.com and Xoom.com? ----- July 25, 2021 BY ELECTRONIC MAIL United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) 14420 Albemarle Point Place Suite 102 Chantilly, VA 20151-1750 ATTN: SEC TCR SUBMISSIONS Re: Bank.org Concern of BitLicense Marketplace Manipulation Dear Sir or Madam: Virtual currency fraud is a serious problem for such a developed country as the United States, whose bank regulators have drawn attention to the increase of these crimes. Having discovered that an unregulated virtual currency sphere (such as in Africa, or other developing markets) is very popular among virtual currency fraudsters, the New York State Department of Financial Services (NY-DFS) concluded that this kind of regulatory fraud was threatening U.S. national security. Bank.org’s NY-DFS Shelf Charter application journey has prompted us to contact the SEC with concern of common Directors at Facebook and PayPal (incl. Xoom) who have potentially manipulated the New York State Common Retirement Fund and New York State Teachers Retirement Fund through BitLicense marketplace manipulation tactics and computer crimes. Bank.org's key definition of virtual currency computer crimes is a consistent message across markets. These crimes are relatively new, having been in existence for only as long as Bitcoin has—which explains how unprepared society and the world, in general, is towards combating these crimes. We see this as no fault of NY-DFS and the original BitLicense mandate. Facebook and PayPal along with Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo have leveraged BitLicensee connections to profit daily from virtual currency market manipulation structures with cross-border reach. PayPal's “Conditional BitLicense” may now be employed as a marketplace manipulation instrument. Meanwhile, common Directors at Facebook, PayPal (incl. Xoom) and Diem seemingly have collaborated in orchestrating a virtual currency marketplace manipulation exercise. The New York State Common Retirement Fund and New York State Teachers Retirement Fund are significant investors in Facebook, PayPal, Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo. >From their California headquarters, Directors at PayPal (incl. Xoom) have potentially leveraged a Conditional BitLicense award in collaboration with common Directors at Facebook to engage in marketplace manipulation techniques. The Diem Association further shares common PayPal and Facebook Directors in a potential chain of virtual currency computer software and market manipulation architectures. Bank.org must take the necessary steps to guard against fraud and to be extra vigilant about manipulation. We seek SEC guidance on the aforementioned concerns as we organize a reputable Board of Directors for NY-DFS approval. Respectfully yours with appreciation, Gunnar Larson - xNY.io | Bank.org MSc - Digital Currency MBA - Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ip) G(a)xNY.io +1-646-454-9107

The U.S. Has Given Top Secret Clearance to Elon Musk and Over $19 Billion in Contracts, Ignoring His Illegal Drug Use and Phone Chats with Putin as His SpaceX Puts Spy Satellites into Orbit
by Gunnar Larson 29 Oct '24

29 Oct '24

https://wallstreetonparade.com/2024/10/the-u-s-has-given-top-secret-clearan… By Pam Martens and Russ Martens: October 24, 2024 ~ Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla Elon Musk American taxpayers are footing the bill for 17 U.S. intelligence agencies. Those agencies allowed Donald Trump to become Commander in Chief in 2017, despite multiple women charging him with sexual assaults, his six business bankruptcies and a long history of inflating his wealth to defraud banks. These same 17 intelligence agencies then sat back for four years and allowed Donald Trump to receive Top Secret intelligence briefings and purloin dozens of boxes of classified government documents as he angrily left office after a failed insurrection at the Capitol building. Now, yet another billionaire, Elon Musk, has shown these intelligence agencies to have little bark and no bite when it comes to confronting powerful, ultra wealthy men. The Wall Street Journal reported last week that Elon Musk, who as CEO of SpaceX holds a Top Secret government security clearance and is launching spy satellites into orbit under U.S. government contracts, “has been in regular contact with Russian President Vladimir Putin since late 2022.” Putin has been on a U.S. sanctions list since February 2022 for his aggressions against Ukraine. According to a U.S. government website, Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) has received over $19 billion in government contracts since 2009, with $14.4 billion of that coming from NASA, and over $5 billion coming from the Department of Defense. The same website shows that SpaceX received 54 new government contracts in 2023 and 32 new contracts in 2024, worth more than $3 billion in each year. Those are the same years that the Wall Street Journal reported that Musk was communicating with Putin. On March 16, the international wire service, Reuters, reported the following about SpaceX’s growing involvement with U.S. intelligence agencies: “SpaceX is building a network of hundreds of spy satellites under a classified contract with a U.S. intelligence agency, five sources familiar with the program said, demonstrating deepening ties between billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk’s space company and national security agencies. “The network is being built by SpaceX’s Starshield business unit under a $1.8 billion contract signed in 2021 with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), an intelligence agency that manages spy satellites, the sources said.” Musk has inserted himself into the Trump presidential campaign, with the anticipation that he will get a key post to revamp the federal government if Trump wins the election. Musk, and/or his companies, are under investigation by a host of federal agencies, raising the potential that he might choose to eliminate those same agencies under the rubric of “efficiency.” On this past Sunday’s Meet the Press, Senator Bernie Sanders said this: “What really interests me is, if, God forbid, Trump would win, whether it would be Elon Musk running the government and Trump working for him, or the other way around.” Musk is, on paper, the richest man in the world. In addition to heading the private company, SpaceX, Musk is co-founder, CEO and the largest shareholder of Tesla, the electric-vehicle company that trades publicly and constitutes the largest part of his wealth. Musk also heads the private companies Neuralink (brain-computer interface research), The Boring Company (tunnel construction), and X Corp. (formerly Twitter), the social media platform that is regularly accused of engaging in misinformation. As if those do not represent enough of a drain on his focus and energies, in July 2023 Musk announced the creation of his new artificial intelligence startup, xAI. Senator Elizabeth Warren, a former law professor and long-tenured member of the Senate Banking Committee which oversees Wall Street’s regulators, was so alarmed by Musk’s sprawling conflicts, that she sent a 10-page letter in August to Tesla’s Board Chair, outlining the conflicts and suggesting that she might have to get the Securities and Exchange Commission involved if the Board continues to fail its duties to shareholders. Prior to the Journal’s bombshell last week revealing Musk’s conversations with Putin over two years, in January and February of this year, the Wall Street Journal ran two separate articles revealing Musk’s use of illegal drugs – which, if confirmed, should have stripped him of his government security clearances and put SpaceX’s government contracts under immediate investigation. The Wall Street Journal’s January 6, 2024 (paywall) article carried this assessment of Musk’s drug use: “The world’s wealthiest person has used LSD, cocaine, ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms, often at private parties around the world, where attendees sign nondisclosure agreements or give up their phones to enter, according to people who have witnessed his drug use and others with knowledge of it. Musk has previously smoked marijuana in public and has said he has a prescription for the psychedelic-like ketamine.” As far as we are aware, the Journal has not been sued by Musk on the basis that it falsely reported his drug use 10 months ago. In a November 2022 article, Wall Street On Parade called out Musk’s reckless behavior as follows: “…Musk has smoked marijuana on a widely circulated podcast and called the Securities and Exchange Commission ‘bastards’ at a TED conference because it charged Musk in 2018 with fraud for falsely Tweeting that he had secured financing for taking Tesla private at $420 per share. The SEC case was quickly settled with Musk and Tesla each paying $20 million in penalties. Musk was also removed as Tesla’s Chairman as part of the SEC settlement and the Board was forced to ‘establish a new committee of independent directors and put in place additional controls and procedures to oversee Musk’s communications.’ ” FacebookTwitterWhatsAppLinkedInEmail

The U.S. Government Is Plowing Billions into SpaceX, Overlooking Drug Use, Sex Parties, and Elon Musk’s Coziness with Putin
by Gunnar Larson 29 Oct '24

29 Oct '24

https://wallstreetonparade.com/2024/10/the-u-s-government-is-plowing-billio… By Pam Martens and Russ Martens: October 29, 2024 ~ Last week the Wall Street Journal reported that Elon Musk, the CEO and largest shareholder of the private space exploration and satellite company, SpaceX, has been communicating with Russian President Vladimir Putin for two years. Putin is on a U.S. sanctions list for his invasions of Ukraine. The head of NASA, former U.S. Senator Bill Nelson, quickly asked for an investigation into the matter. NASA has awarded billions of dollars in government contracts to SpaceX, investing alongside some dubious venture capital firms whose typical motives are to get rich quick in a hot Initial Public Offering (IPO) when the company goes public on a stock exchange. SpaceX has also been awarded billions of dollars in government contracts from the U.S. Department of Defense, including classified contracts for spy satellites. Musk has stated publicly this month that he holds a Top Secret security clearance related to his leadership role at SpaceX. Over $4 billion in U.S. government contracts awarded to SpaceX have been earmarked as R&D (Research and Development), raising the concern that the dozens of venture capital firms that are invested in SpaceX, may eventually get rich on the U.S. taxpayers’ money that built the company. (See graph above.) Elon Musk, better known as the CEO of electric-vehicle maker Tesla and the richest man in the world, was profiled in two shocking Wall Street Journal articles in January and February of this year regarding his use of illegal drugs. Musk has previously smoked marijuana in public and has said he has a prescription for the psychedelic-like ketamine.” Instead of the U.S. government publicly announcing an investigation and suspension of Musk’s Top Secret clearance until the allegations in the Wall Street Journal articles of January and February were verified, the U.S. government awarded hundreds of millions of dollars more to SpaceX. Musk is not the only potential security risk at SpaceX. According to Emily Chang, host and executive producer of “The Circuit” on Bloomberg Originals and author of the book, Brotopia, a member of the Board of Directors of SpaceX, Steve Jurvetson, held a sex party at his home in June 2017 where drugs were openly used. (See here and here.) The New York Post reported that Elon Musk attended that party, dressed in “spikes and chains.” According to Chang, the invitation to the party asked guests to wear “glamazon adventurer, safari chic and jungle tribal attire.” At the time of the party, Jurvetson was a named partner of the venture capital firm, Draper Fisher Jurvetson (DFJ), an investor in SpaceX. While the explosive headlines about the party at his home led to his departure from DFJ and from the Board of Tesla, he inexplicably remained on the Board of Directors at SpaceX – a company with Top Secret contracts with the U.S. government. According to in-depth information on the history of SpaceX, its Board of Directors and its investors available at PitchBook, Jurvetson remains on the Board of Directors of SpaceX, where he has served since 2009. Does the U.S. government really want to send the message to American taxpayers that sex parties and illegal drug use are not disqualifiers for having access to national security secrets? Every American, at this point, should be asking if the U.S. intelligence agencies and the U.S. Department of Justice are afraid to take on powerful billionaires and are putting the U.S. national security at risk as a result.
