BET founder Robert Johnson: "black people should be consulted before .. tearing down statues or firing someone for a comment they have made"
by Zig the N.g 27 Jun '20

Woah muh n.gger, a little too much truth there bruh.... BET Founder Says "Black People Laugh At White People" Toppling Statues Alex Nitzberg via JustTheNews.com, https://justthenews.com/nation/culture/bet-founder-robert-johnson-says-blac… https://www.zerohedge.com/political/bet-founder-says-black-people-laugh-whi… BET founder Robert Johnson during a Wednesday interview with Fox News described people toppling statues as "borderline anarchists" and pushed back against the idea that black people support such behavior, suggesting instead that they "laugh" at those who knock down the statues. "You know black people, in my opinion, black people laugh at white people who do this, the same way we laugh at white people who say we got to take off the TV shows," he said mentioning the "Dukes of Hazard," a decades-old television program that has come under fire for featuring a car emblazoned with a Confederate flag graphic. He pointed out that knocking over a statue will not "close the wealth gap," "give a kid whose parent's can't afford a college money to go to college," "close the labor gap between what white workers are paid and what black workers are paid" or "take people off welfare or food stamps." Johnson said that whites who seek to "assuage guilt by doing things that make them feel good" would be much more reluctant to support payments for blacks. Referring to actions such as "changing names, toppling statues, [and] firing professors because they said all lives matter," Johnson explained that "it just shows to me that white America is continually ... incapable of recognizing that black people have their own ideas and thought about what's in their best interests." ...

Coriolis effect - some science for ya nuts - [SCIENCE]
by Zenaan Harkness 27 Jun '20

27 Jun '20

There is nothing quite like actually doing a test and checking the results. Now the below is not a particurary well done experiment - more a gimmicky tourist experiment - and so the way to (perhaps) better do it is with a larger circular container, and importantly with a smaller water exit hole, so that: the water can be poured into the vessel in the "wrong" direction (at least a little) and then there ought be sufficient time for the coriolis effect to overcome this 'wrong' water rotation, and cause the water to actually change its rotation back to the "right" direction. That would be compelling to witness. If the coriolis effect is insufficient to overcome a small yet visually evident water rotation in the 'wrong' direction, we then need to devise some other experiment to reach that 'truly compelling' resultant (onlooker) impression which our fragile "science virtue signalling" egos so desperately crave... Assuming for a moment that this "coriolis effect" is in fact real, we need to be able to strictly separate this effect from initial starting conditions, which could e.g. be demonstrated if the effect is able fo ovelcome some other effect, or can be shown to be visibly different from alternative starting conditions, or etc. Based on personal measurements of Pi π which bring into serious doubt π's "known" third significant digit, can we be certain that regarding this coriolis effect, that we are not just witnessing rotational inertia of the water molecules picking up speed from initial but tiny (thus unseen) starting water swirl? When conducting experiments, it is often the boundary conditions which are of interest and not the steady state (e.g. that we see in the video below). Lifetime "lib/dems" going "gun nuts" - the surprisingly positive effects of USA chaos - [PEACE] [GUNS]

An interesting and apparently systemic change is underway in the USA, with a surprisingly positive effect of the Some Kind O' Crazy™©® going on around us all. "I have seen the emergence of a new class of students seeking training: anti-Second Amendment liberals," he said. Illinois Gun Permit Applications Soar 500% As Frightened Liberals Embrace 2nd Amendment https://www.zerohedge.com/political/illinois-gun-permit-applications-soar-5… ..Over 40,000 Illinois residents applied for a gun permit over a two-week period this month, a jump of more than 500% over this time last year according to Illinois State Police. "Take a full glass of coronavirus, shake in a shot of riots and another of this defund police notion, and everything goes crazy," gun shop owner Mark Glavin told the Chicago Tribune. "Not to mention the backlog on background checks." The state's mandatory 72-hour background check has stretched to more than a week for some of Glavin's customers, putting Illinois residents in the same boat as Californians - who have a 10-day wait before they can take possession of recently bought firearms. ..Des Plaines gun store and range owner Dan Eldridge says that half of the customers scrambling to arm up are first-time buyers. "The numbers I saw from the National Shooting Sports Foundation … said 40% of respondents to (store) surveys were new, first-time buyers. And of those, 40% are female — 40% of the 40%," said Eldridge. "We’re tracking 150% of a typical May in firearms sales ... and that’s with being open by appointment only." Eldridge also noted that sales of defensive ammunition, such as hollow-point bullets, were 10x as high. ..Liberals embracing the 2nd Amendment A 38-year-old man from Dixon — who didn’t want his name used, citing employment reasons — described himself as “a very liberal Democrat” who for decades has been “for most forms of gun control politically.” But since March, he’s been waiting for his first gun permit to arrive so he can keep his family safe, he said. “My views have recently changed, and I have accepted that the Second Amendment provides for the personal ownership and use of a firearm,” he said in an email. “The recent social unrest of a divisive president, the pandemic and dramatic rise in unemployment, and the more recent social unrest because of the way we police in this country have all been reasons that have prompted my recent application.” -Chicago Tribune ..Concealed Carry gun instructor and owner of Safer USA, David Lombardo, says he's had several callers recently who have disclosed their political beliefs while asking him for private one-on-one training because "they don't want anyone to know they're doing the training, let alone going to buy a firearm." "I have seen the emergence of a new class of students seeking training: anti-Second Amendment liberals," he said. ...

US Senators Introduce 'Lawful Access to Encrypted Data Act' — With Backdoor Mandate
by jim bell 26 Jun '20

https://news.bitcoin.com/lawful-access-to-encrypted-data-act-backdoor/ US lawmakers have introduced the Lawful Access to Encrypted Data Act to ensure law enforcement can access encrypted information. This bill is “a full-frontal nuclear assault on encryption in the United States,” one expert says. It requires manufacturers of encrypted devices and operating systems to have the ability to decrypt data upon request, creating a backdoor requirement.Lawful Access to Encrypted Data Act Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham and U.S. Senators Tom Cotton and Marsha Blackburn introduced the Lawful Access to Encrypted Data Act on Tuesday. The new bill “would bring an end to warrant-proof encryption in devices, platforms, and systems,” the committee’s announcement reads. “Terrorists and criminals routinely use technology, whether smartphones, apps, or other means, to coordinate and communicate their daily activities,” Senator Graham said. He claims that law enforcement could not access “vital information” in many recent “terrorism cases and serious criminal activity” even after a court order was issued. Senator Cotton elaborated, “Tech companies’ increasing reliance on encryption has turned their platforms into a new, lawless playground of criminal activity,” adding:This bill will ensure law enforcement can access encrypted material with a warrant based on probable cause and help put an end to the Wild West of crime on the internet.[end of partial quote]

Cpunks, Many accounts were recently disabled from this list. I just discovered the situation myself and re-enabled my account. Is the list administrator able to bulk re-enable the accounts of everybody else affected, to undo this accidental censorship? Additionally, ddosecrets.com recently publicized 269GB of leaked police data. At this time of police brutality, this is important data, but the server hosting it became inaccessible the following day. Does anybody know where else to find this data? K

[Apologies if you receive multiple copies of this message] Call For Papers ============================================================================= The 6th IEEE International Conference on Dependability in Sensor, Cloud, and Big Data Systems and Applications (IEEE DependSys 2020), 14-16 December 2020, Fiji (Submission Due: 1 September 2020) http://cse.stfx.ca/~dependsys/2020/index.html IEEE DependSys 2020 conference is the 6th event in the series of conferences which offers a timely venue for bringing together new ideas, techniques, and solutions for dependability and its issues in sensor, cloud, and big data systems and applications. As we are deep into the Information Age, huge amounts of data are generated every day from sensors, individual archives, social networks, Internet of Things, enterprises and Internet in various scales and format which will pose a major challenge to the dependability of our designed systems. As these systems often tend to become inert, fragile, and vulnerable after a period of running. Effectively improving the dependability of sensor, cloud, big data systems and applications has become increasingly critical. This conference provides a forum for individuals, academics, practitioners, and organizations who are developing or procuring sophisticated computer systems on whose dependability of services they need to place great confidence. Future systems need to close the dependability gap in face of challenges in different circumstances. The emphasis will be on differing properties of such services, e.g., continuity, effective performance, real-time responsiveness, ability to overcome data fault, corruption, anomaly, ability to avoid catastrophic failures, prevention of deliberate privacy intrusions, reliability, availability, sustainability, adaptability, heterogeneity, security, safety, and so on. ============================================================================= IEEE DependSys 2020 is sponsored by IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, and IEEE Technical Committee on Scalable Computing (TCSC). That’s the promise that we are led to believe as parents ritualistically submit their infant sons and daughters to a cornucopia of state-sanctioned injections. Well-baby visits are designed to introduce up to 26 liability-free vaccinations <https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/growing/immunization-schedule.html> in the baby’s first year of life, during six or more visits to a pediatrician. However, during the covid-19 lockdowns, well-baby visits were cancelled and vaccination rates plummeted as a result. More parents stayed home, nursed their babies, watched them closely, and kept them away from pediatricians. When the national emergency order was declared, provider orders for routine pediatric vaccines dropped significantly. The Vaccines for Children Program and the Vaccine Safety Data link reported a drop-off in vaccination coverage starting in the third week of March, as hundreds of thousands of parents stayed home and skipped well-baby visits. The downward trend was observed from March 23rd to the end of April for all non-influenza vaccines, especially measles-containing vaccines. [image: image.png] *So why did infant mortality rates drop to historic lows as vaccination coverage fell?* If vaccines are so important for an infant to live, then why didn’t the infant death rate dramatically increase as vaccination coverage fell <https://childrenshealthdefense.org/news/lessons-from-the-lockdown-why-are-s…>? The data shows that the opposite effect occurred; infant deaths actually plummeted to historic lows! In the U.S., infants mortality occurs at roughly 700 babies per week. This trend of infant death and sacrifice remained steady from 2014 to 2019. In 2020, this all changed. From early March to mid-April, infant deaths fell by 30 percent on average each week! Throughout April and into mid May, the infant mortality rate had declined to 500 on average per week. [image: image.png] Deaths among children under 18 are relatively rare when compared to deaths from other age groups. For the average death rate to change by 30 percent in the youngest age group (infants) – that is unprecedented! The main causes of death for infants is congenital malformation (birth defects), representing 32 percent of all infant deaths. On average, accidents account for 31 percent of infant deaths. Circulatory complications (9 percent) and homicide (7 percent) are also contributing causes. The biggest grey area for infant death is “sudden infant death syndrome” which accounts for roughly 32 percent of infant deaths. This is when an otherwise healthy infant suddenly dies in their sleep, through suffocation, poisoning, or from an undiagnosed condition or adverse reaction. *Infant mortality rates fall when less vaccine doses are administered* An important study found that infant mortality rates regressed <https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3170075/?fbclid=IwAR3nQODKPQa_…> against the number of vaccine doses routinely given. The study asks: Is there a biochemical or synergistic toxicity? After all, the cumulative safety of the entire U.S. vaccine schedule has never been studied. Infant mortality rate is defined as the number of infant deaths per 1000 live births. The infant mortality rate for the US is an abysmal 6.22. Singapore, Sweden, and Japan have an infant mortality rate that is less than half that of the US (2.80). There were major differences in infant mortality for nations that gave 12-14 doses in the first year of a baby’s life compared to those that gave 21-23 and 24-26 doses. As of 2009, the five nations with the lowest infant mortality rate only require 12 vaccine doses in the infant’s first year, compared to 24-26 doses required by the US. The US pathetically has the highest infant mortality rate out of the 33 developed nations in the study. The covid-19 lockdowns of 2020 provided more insight into how a nation can lower the infant mortality rate. As a nation that cares for the lives of its citizens, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) must rethink the purpose of well-baby visits and the necessity of pumping infants full of numerous vaccinations. If the US can save 200 or more babies on average each week by simply foregoing well-baby visits and vaccinations, then how many more babies can be saved if pediatric care was reformed entirely, and vaccine doses were lessened <http://vaccines.news/>? How many babies can be saved if pediatric care adopted a more comprehensive and integrative approach to infant immunology and neurodevelopment? Finally, what if vaccine manufacturers were held liable in a court of law? *Sources include:* ChildrensHealthDefense.org <https://childrenshealthdefense.org/news/lessons-from-the-lockdown-why-are-s…> CDC.gov <https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/growing/immunization-schedule.html> NCBI.NLM.NIH.gov <https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3170075/?fbclid=IwAR3nQODKPQa_…> Image credits: ChildrensHealthDefense.org ----- End forwarded message -----
