They will be sentenced on June 15th. This deal with the DOJ was made after it became clear that our US Judge Liam O’Grady had to recuse himself from the Megaupload case because he was a Disney lawyer and SHAREHOLDER, tainting every decision he had made in our case. A desperate move by the DOJ to limit its liability. My prediction is that my co-defendants will receive a sentence far below the 186 years the US DOJ had in mind for us. The NZ prosecutors will have massaged the bad optics of the sentence to the maximum but in reality they will arrive at a reduced sentence of 2 years house arrest. Former graphic designer of Megaupload, Julius Bencko, has been arrested in Prague and is now facing extradition to the US. He has created many great designs for our Mega sites but was never involved in any business decisions. Dr. Mooney, I remember when I described to you my difficulty finding things on my phone, or manipulating it with one hand, that you expressed not to worry about this, that you had these problems too. I also remember during our therapy, you were always very very respectful. Of course, you are much older than I am, and you had significant skill with psychology and people, whereas I had significant skill with digital engineering and phones. I wanted to say that if anything bad were to happen or had happened to my mind, I would really, really need to know what it was, enough to study protecting and healing myself. It wouldn’t matter why it happened, or where it came from, or if it was an accident or anything else. It matters what it is that happened to me, with as much precision and detail possible, and how to protect and heal from it. I spent my life nurturing my mind. During grade school, I refused to learn to take notes or make lists, so that I would learn to remember everything. I practiced willpower in everything I did. I questioned everything anyone said, and tried to figure out every single answer, written or spoken, before learning what it was. I looked always for foods and mental exercises that would help my mind. My mind and brain were my highest priority in the things I did.[1] The mind is how we make our decisions, execute our skills, and direct our lives. With our minds, we can find ways to heal our bodies, but the reverse is not as true. I need to know what happened to my mind and brain. Thank you. Once when I was a child, my father convinced me to take medicine rather than using my will to handle an illness, by explaining how it would protect my brain. They found ways for me to audit and take courses in school I didn’t have the prerequisites for, which I did and enjoyed as puzzles that would strengthen my mind. I took AP physics as a sophomore in high school, and vector calculus and robotics as a freshman in college. I generally worked hard at these courses, without access to the prerequisites, and passed them. Similarly, I’ve always been comfortable reading research papers. I would have been able to study and learn the things needed to protect myself, if I only knew that I needed to, and what it is to study.

This is one part of a broader discussion we must have about equal access. On March 23, 2021, Mr. Linda Lacewell published NY-DFS’s Findings on Apple Card and its Underwriter Goldman Sachs Bank. As the former Superintendent of NY-DFS, Ms. Lacewell’s stone faced propaganda assured that Apple Card did not discriminate against women while under Goldman Sachs management. The red flags started to appear when an authorized user drew attention to the following: A person who relies on a spouse’s access to credit, and only accesses those accounts as an authorized user, may incorrectly believe they have the same credit profile as the spouse. The Apple Card investigation was to access women’s access to equitable finance. The integrity of the Apple Card investigation must be rationally considered as flawed. We would like to receive any and all records to NY-DFS association to evaluating Ms. Linda Lacewell’s ability to score a report specific to the Apple Card’s core subject of credit access for women. Finally, we would like to receive any and all records related to NY-DFS guidance on Interlocking Directorates ( https://www.dfs.ny.gov/apps_and_licensing_banks_and_trusts/other/Permission_ for_Interlocking_Directors_and_Officers), specific to Apple’s Board of Directors and Goldman Sachs’ Board of Directors.” [Sic] In your appeal, you state: “NY-DFS’ Apple Card Report records requested are key to deteriming any collusion between former Superintendent Lacewell and Goldman Sachs concerning women’s access to Apple Card. It would appear Bloombergh’s reporting today confliects with NY-DFS Apple Card Investigation.” [Sic] The Determination informed you that Public Officers Law (“POL”) § 89(3) requires a FOIL request to reasonably describe the records sought meaning that the description of the documents sought must be sufficient to allow the agency to locate and identify the documents requested.1 To support its conclusion, the Determination explained that the New York State Committee on Open Government (the “Committee”), which is responsible for, inter alia, issuing advisory opinions regarding FOIL, has opined that “[w]hether a request reasonably describes the records sought . . . may be dependent upon the terms of a request, as well as the nature of an agency’s filing or record- keeping system.” Committee Opinion No.. FOIL-AO-16073 (July 17, 2006).2 The Determination also informed you that your FOIL request specifically failed to meet the “reasonably describe” requirement in POL § 89(3) because of the very broad nature of the records requested and your use of such expansive phrases such as “any and all,” and “relate to” when applied to excessively broad categories. I construe your FOIL request as four separate items: 1) Any and all records relating to NY-DFS’ 2021 Apple Card Investigation; 2) Any and all records of Ms. Linda Lacewell’s (emails, texts, and similar) involvement with the 2021 Card report; 3) Any and all records relating to NY-DFS association to evaluating Ms. Linda Lacewell’s ability to score a report specific to the Apple Card’s core subject of credit access for women; and 4) Any and all records related to NY-DFS guidance on Interlocking Directorates. With respect to items 1) and 2), I conducted a de novo search of the Department’s records, and the Department has located additional records that may or may not be responsive to your request. Accordingly, I am remanding this matter back to the records access officer so that a review can be conducted and a determination made as to, among other things, whether: (i) such additional records or any portions of such additional records are responsive to your request; and (ii) if responsive to your request, whether such additional records or any portions thereof are exempt from disclosure under FOIL, or are otherwise releasable to you. With respect to item 3), I find that the request does not reasonably describe the records sought as required by POL § 89(3) meaning that your description of the records sought is not sufficient to allow the Department to locate and identify the records that you are requesting. With respect to item 4) regarding Part 70 of the General Regulations of the Superintendent (Interlocking Directors and Officers of Banking Organizations and Banking Holding Companies), the Department has not issued an Industry Letter or any other written guidance regarding Part 70 and, therefore, there are no records responsive to your request. Politicians are beholden to the money masters, not to the electorate. A society without honest money cannot aspire to honest political systems. The fact that we have a shared indisputable truth in this world we all agree on without ever having to trust anyone is so unspeakably profound. I have empathy for people who don't understand bitcoin. I always tell them to first think critically about what is money? Humans are creatures of habit. We're a primitive civilization scarcely removed from monkeys. We don't like shocks to the system. We've been trained through their indoctrination system rife with glib, meaningless language to forgo critical reasoning and to hold beliefs that allow them to evoke conditioned response and exert power without resistance. The education system does not teach people to think critically about money. It teaches them to obey and work within their corrupt system to their benefit. A central authority having absolute power to print to infinity at no cost what everyone else around the world has to work for would never fly in a world of critical thinkers.
