[ur-wg] UR-WG update

I apologize for the lack of followthrough since our meeting in Athens. I 
know how frustrating it is to build good momentum and then have nothing 
happen as planned/hoped. Unfortunately, my father passed away the week 
after I got back from Athens and, needless to say, that put a serious dent 
in my plans and time.

I have requested a session for GGF17 in Tokyo, and it is my sincerest hope 
that we will have made some meaningful progress on answering the comments 
well before then. If you are interested in helping move this process 
forward, the comments are all available on gridforge. Feel free to post 
responses there, or cut & paste the comment into an email to 
ur-wg at gridforum.org, and post a response to the mailing list.

As soon as I get some breathing room in my schedule, I'll give UR-WG the 
attention I committed to in Athens. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
