Need to consider wether or not we want dictionary view of the attribute API
Don't use ObjectType nor id in the baseObject
Need to define how to handle constants
Why do we have create for the context and elsewhere - we will get rid
of it unless we find a reason to keep it
For the sagaexception avoid the use of getXXXX
Consider adding size as a property of a file
For execption documentation do we need the error. prefix - sometimes
it is there and sometimes not
Reconsider the isFile operation and where it belongs
Use None as default rather than empty string
run_job does not currently support interactive jobs
Is StdIO the right way to do things?
expose job state and other attributes and metrics as properties
namespace - make things available as properties
rpc expose as properties where possible
session - expose context as property
stream - expose as properties where appropriate
url - expose as properties where appropriate

Nothing is really difficult...
