[saga-rg] CVS emails

Hi,

Andre, Shantenu and I have been discussing the cvs mails.  Currently they 
go to the saga-cvs mailing list, but this only has eleven people on it, 
although I assume they are the most interested.

Andre is concerned that few people see the mails and realise the work 
which is going on and has suggested that the mails go to the main mailing 
list.  My feeling is that a lot of people would just consider them spam, 
or otherwise an annoyance, and may be less likely to read saga mails at 
all - I know this is the effect it has on me on other lists where 
discussion and cvs mails get mixed.

As a compromise, I suggested that the saga-rg list be subscribed in digest 
mode to the cvs mailing list.

Anyway, I thought that it would be best to just ask the whole list what 
they want done:

1) Current status - saga-cvs and saga-rg mailing lists are independent

2) Digest of saga-cvs mails sent to saga-rg

3) All saga-cvs mails sent to saga-rg
