[saga-rg] CVS emails

Hello,

I do the digest already to avoid massive spam, not that the SAGA CVS 
really spams right now. I'm already in different CVS mailings so I'm not 
happy when I get +10 mails a day to say "create folder XXX". And since 
I'm on the east side of earth I get the mails in the morning saying what 
you folx did during my sleep :p
