[RUS-WG] Planning for the RUS-WG session

Hi Rosario,

good point, I tried to have a discussion about that on the last OGF, 
unfortunately we never came that far!

Anyway I put it on the agenda and added a simple side. I hope this captures 
a little bit what you were meaning.

We should probably also have a discussion about this on the rus-wg mailing 
list?
