[RUS-WG] Working Group Chairs

Dear Ellen & Hiro,

thank you for appointing us to chair the RUS-WG!  

I have already create a GridForge account for myself
with the username "noname", which I guess is needed to update the
GridForge for RUS. 

As a next step I wondered if we should put the latest Draft from
August 2006 onto the GridForge? 

I expect that we will be able to pick up work on the new charter and draft
specification after the Christmas break.

Last but not least, thanks for your recommendation, we will definitely
try to reduce the number of proposed versions, I was in the misconception
that 1.0 already existed.
