[Risge-rg] ARI - charter, some questions to be answered to OGF

Dear all,
regarding Q1: this is a very valid point. I principally have the same 
opinion. From a technical point of view we do not distinguish too much 
from GLUE. Probably it would be wise to converge both groups -- unless 
there are political obstacles.
