[Risge-rg] template for defining use cases

Dear All,

One of the key point now is to collect the use cases. In order to do it 
we should first agree on template
for collecting them.

During the Seattle meeting it was said that there is an template for use 
cases (is it true?).

I've asked OGF about the templates for use cases,
Till now I've got examples:

But it seems that there are no predefined generic template.
(Please correct me if I'm wrong!)

I will propose soon some first draft version of template that we could 
work on.
