[ogsa-wg] Naming Document

A new version of the WS-Naming document has been uploaded to grid forge.
This document incorporates changes which reflect discussions, both at GGF in
Tokyo and on recent Naming telecons, that unify naming with the Web Services
Endpoint Identification and Resolution Use Case informational document
provided by David Snelling and Frank Siebenlist.  Please check the new
document out and comment as desired.
