Open issues (Re: [ogsa-wg] Roadmap doc v12 uploaded)

Thanks Jem,

I've proof read v12 and found several issues. I will send out
two emails; real issues and nits.

This email contains real issues.

(a1) page 9 table 3-6
We should put date for "OGSA information and monitoring architecture
1.0" if possible.

(a2) page 14 table 4-10
(a3) page 16 table 4-14
(a4) page 17 table 5-2
Can we add "standard is approaching" mark to "Implemented" and
"WS-Addressing" cell? I have no clue.

(a5) page 17 table 5-2
"WS-BaseNotification 1.2" should read "WS-BaseNotification 1.3"
