I have created a new tracker for issues relating to the  OGSA profile
template
document.(http://tinyurl.com/5fxfd/draft-ggf-ogsa-profile-template/en/)

The new tracker is called "Profile template"
https://forge.gridforum.org/tracker/index.php?func=browse&group_id=42&atid=787

and is set to send mail to the list on new artifact submissions only.
The status fields are set up in the same way as for the Basic Profile
Tracker.
