[occi-wg] GridForge down again?

Hi Folx, 

it seems Joel found the problem for the instabilities, and also for
yesterdays lock-out for anon users, and both should be fixed.  He
set a monitor on that faulty system entry, so that we can hopefully
catch it earlier next time, in case it reoccurs.

Also, the hosting company attempted to fix their broken firewall
entries, which affected a number of IP ranges.  We still need to
confirm that this works now though.

Anyway, everything *should* be smooth and stable again - please let
us know ASAP if you see anything out of order.
