[occi-wg] Announcing new co-chair

Hi Guys,

I would like to introduce our new Co-Chair Andy Edmonds. He will take
over the co-chair position from Ignacio Llorente. 

Ignacio founded this group with me and it has been a great pleasure to
work with him. I would like to thank him for his help and great work.

He will keep on contributing to the efforts of the group. The reason for
this change in the chairing is that Ignacio got the great opportunity to
work with the European Union on Cloud Computing!
