[GGF-ipv6-wg] How-to-IPv6-in-GT4 update to version 1.1

Dear colleages,

We have just moved one more step further in our IPv6 & GT4 testing. We
have successfully demostrated pure IPv6 communication between GridFTP
server and client (using globus-ucl-copy) in our dual-stack network
environment. It also suggested that Globus_XIO's IPv6 driver works well.

We have updated our online "How-to IPv6 in GT4" to be version 1.1 in
order to include the above efforts.
