[infod-wg] Updates to infod specs doc now on GridForge

FYI:

The following updates were made to the INFOD specifications,
which is now updated in GridForge (the current version is now 5):

- minor annoying editing updates (unresolved references, comments, etc.)
- added note for plan of refactoring into 3 layers (in intro) and provided
high
  level proposal of 3 layers (section 1.3)
- renamed the word 'role' to 'entity' when it had to do with an INFOD
resource
  as per the discussion today, ie when it is managed by the INFOD
Registration
  Manager. All other occurrences of the term 'role' imply just that, a
role, which if
  a service fulfills that role would have to implement the appropriate
interfaces.
  Hopefully this will avoid the collision of terms the previous version
had.
