[infod-wg] minutes from 28 July call

Mainly a discussion on vocabulary:

- recap: registry objects: publisher, consumer, disseminator, subscription

- ref to sql92 language concepts (table, containers) vs sql99 (schema,
types): option
  to define object type once and associate different representations to it

- vocabulary structures: of objects (infod publisher, etc.), of messages
(message types),
  of user data (publication types)

- description of object + a query language -> a 'vocabulary'

- infod 'association': tuplet: (structure (publication type for ex),
physical attributes
  (in db terms, table for ex), attributes of the association ('complete vs
not complete'
  for rgma ex), referenced object (for ex publisher info))

- infod registry - will have simple check on structure of vocabulary

- base vocabulary: use as input java classes to describe vocabulary
language ?
