[infod-wg] infod specs v7

Hi everyone,

The latest draft of the infod specs is now version 7:
/projects/infod-wg/document/INFOD_Interfaces-draft/en/7

 This is still work in progress and you'll see quite a few                  
 'note to reviewers' comments.                                              

 In addition, some work is needed to ensure that the issues/action          
 items have been addressed by the new version of the specs.
