[gsa-rg] GSA documents progress

Dear All,

please find below the list auf section owners for the GSA requirements 
document:

- Information Service	
- Job-/Workflow Requirement Description: A. Oleksiak, Z. Sheng, Ph. Wieder
- Resource Discovery	
- Reservation Management, Agreement and Negotiation: W. Ziegler
- Accounting: R. Dooley
- Billing	
- Job Management	
- Monitoring	
- Interaction with Data Management	
- Interaction with Network Management	
- Performance Prediction: A. Oleksiak

There are still sections open, so if you feel that you have a vocation 
for one of the topics, please let the group know. Currently I suggest 
that those who take care of a section start with it and we wait until 
the holiday season is over to have a phone call. In case of the 
job/workflow part it would be good if Zhifeng could start since Ariel is 
currently on holiday and I will be soon. We can sync later then.

Concerning the use case document I did not get a large number of 
comments yet. I also think it is mature enough to submit it to the 
editor now. If someone still has a use case in reserve, please send it 
to me until Wednesday next week, close of business.
