[gsa-rg] GSA documents progress

Dear Philipp,

as I promised earlier (in February :-( actually) here is another use-case.
This one describes the MetaScheduling Service architecture for co-allocation
of compute and network resources developed in a German national funded project.

Comments from the editors and the group are of course welcome.
