[glue-wg] guse.ws-pgrade SE type request

Hi David, all

One more thing: I know in the GOCDB world you have this SE
(Service-Endpoint) concept. It poses some problems when it comes to
related Endpoint InterfaceName_t.

As was agreed long time ago, for simple Services we can assume that
InterfaceName_t == ServiceType_t, but I wonder if this is the case.
