[gfs-wg] GFS Architecture Workbook Ver1 - Public comment (was: FW: [wg-all] One new documents now in public comment)

The initial version of the Grid File System Architecture Design Workbook
focusing on the high level definition of the problem, terminology and
requirements of GFS is going through a public review/comment process.
This was compiled based on all our discussions so far and will grow
based on future discussions.
