[gfs-wg] Proposed Final Draft for RNS

Hello all,

The latest revision of the RNS specification document has been posted to
GridForge.

This version of the draft addresses all comments that have been
communicated thus far.  These include, but are not limited to, comments
made by the OGSA, OGSA-Naming, OREP, and GFS working groups, comments from
Peter Gardfjall, and GFS-WG teleconferences.

Our goal is to submit this draft to the GGF editor on Friday, October 28.
Please review and provide comment as necessary.
