[dvdvol] ready to start work on CD

Now that the work flow system is online and seems to be running smoothly, 
I'm ready to start work on compiling new CD and DVD images.  However, I 
can't do it alone.  I'm going to need some help with the design of the html 
pages and with proofing the final production.  As soon as someone comes 
forward, we can get started.

It won't take much.  We really only need a main page, and a template for 
the title and author index.  Someone good with html could probably do it in 
about an hour, tops.

Any takers?
