[dvdvol] foreign language CD

Well, after filtering out the 7-bit texts, and every exclusively English 
title, we are left with a CD which is only half full.  Since this disc will 
inevitably be copied hundreds or thousands of times, it seems like a 
criminal waste of media not to fill it all the way up.  The question is, 
what else do we want to include?
