This is the only one I have clicked so far.

Something to remember about MKULTRA and similar projects, is that
there was an inner government rebellion during the course of these
events.  The people working on mind control actually coerced and took
over other departments of the government.  It could have left things
pretty confusing for those involved.

These stories are everywhere in our culture.  Overtly, in popular
media that parodies it like netflix's recent "stranger things", but
also less obviously, in memes and slang.

Has anyone reviewed all these files and stayed sane, and wrote the
whole story out, I wonder?
