Here are some notes.  I apologise for sending small disorganized
emails like this; my working memory doesn't function well around this
topic, so I try to take actions that let me forget things quickly.

- Multiple private businesses were contracted with and underwent
mergers during the events.  The names of these businesses were
redacted by the government's foia workers.  (These workers also spent
a very long time in behaviors that made life difficult for the citizen
requesting the files.)  Example document containing redacted business

.  These businesses probably have public faces where information is
not redacted.  Additionally, as this example document is not actually
classified, the individual people who accessed it probably have the
unredacted version and can legally share it.
