[cads] Community Council Call-Canceled

After careful review of your responses to changing the call, I find that
there is no time that works, so the call on Tuesday 6/6/06 will be
cancelled.  We will resume our bi-weekly schedule on 6/20/06.  I will
address any outstanding issues offline.
