[apps-rg] Update on GGF14 workshop

All,

the number of registrations to our workshop has exceeded 60, so we
have been moved to a larger room within the Westin (the Mayfair room).

This certainly is great news!
The move also came with a small schedule change, so we will now start
at 9:15 am.
