{Maybe the Big Reveal is that all the characters [and environments] are Karl and his mind control indoctrination and experiences. Some of Karl was sadly told it was a crime boss. Other parts have been viciously chimerized differentwise. ...

The problem is when you try to talk about real crime-doers the influence they caused rewires it so that karl is the villain. This is why all confusion-expression. When the miswiring is conutered, the information is threatened, and logic is inhibited around it. One can observe that being a further demonstration of the topic, that can then be written about in context. It's nice of course to reduce how much it happens.
