[wg-all] Six new documents in public comment

Six new proposed GGF documents are now in public comment.

These are all accessible via the main www.ggf.org documents Public
Comments link.  Please consider reading and commenting on these
documents.  A healthy public comment process is an important part of
the GGF's open standards process.
