[Usecase-workshop] Remote Instrumentation use case

Dear Steven, Andrew, Hiro and Ellen,

RISGE-RG convened yesterday and finalized the use case submitted for  
the OGSA workshop of Monday-Tuesday. You can find it attached to this  
email.

The only problem is that probably, neither Marcin nor myself can  
attend the workshop via dial-in, so there is a chance that you will  
have to go through the presentation on your own (although we *will*  
try for at least one of the two to connect). Apologies about that. If  
any sort of further details are needed at this point, please don't  
hesitate to contact Marcin and/or myself.
